Modern and stylish new building where the management is extremely unprofessional and rude, they are shouting on the tenants, causing lots of inconvenience and making the life there absolutely unbearable.Shame but I but I wont renew the contract just because of their unacceptable service

Stayed with those guys for a day on my transit. Beautiful property, very clean, new amenities. I loved the place! Great location, very close access to the mall and beach which made it very convenient as my time was limited.The owners (Simon & Nina) great couple, very friendly and looking after you.Will definitely recommend that property! And see you guys soon again.

Stylish, new and very secured building (access cards everywhere) however, my unit is very close to the highway which made it very noisy especially at night, surrounding area is very traffic and is no longer chiller free

The building is just finished so be ready for a constant construction noise and terrible smell of painting. Had couple of viewings there. Couldnt wait to breath fresh air.
