Good building and new management is better now and security are strict

The security guard specially Jonas. very rude, for almost 3 months of living in this building he always ask my ID when I came home. and theres a lot of people who entered the building w/o Access card and he let them. Jonas is very rude and arrogant. so unprofessional, He feels like he owns the building.

Security is not really nice but as long as you have your access card it’s alright and you friends can just follow regular tenants to cross the door and not register everytime which is great.Pool has the worst view ever and gym needs a refresh for sure

If you know what is good for you, your health and sanity - stay away from this building!!! The amount of paperwork you need to complete to have basic furniture delivered is a joke, let alone the maintenance/ AC issues we face on a daily basis. For ikea or alike to deliver a flat pack furniture, you need to complete a online form and give 3 days notice - schedule delivery before 6pm and not on Fridays.The security are downright rude and just deeply unhappy.The ongoing issues with the cladding/ building work that has been going on for over 2-3 years.I understand why people might want to consider Sulafa - location & price but please DO NOT DO IT!!!!! The current building management are the worst and dont care about the tenants at all.If I could give 0 star I would - this building doesnt deserve 1 star.

This building is the worst building to live in, especially if you have a family. Its definitely a health hazardous building and managed by Bluebay, a bunch of incompetent thugs. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Be prepared for your worst experience. Everything you read on the reviews is true.

Quality of the building has been degrading.Advantages are:1) great location: close to the mina seyahi tram, marina walk, carrefour, pharmacy, supermarket downstairs..so everything is walking distance!2)Apartments are quite spacious as well.Disadvantages:1) terrible maintenance - leakages in some floors causing the paint to come off and the management is unresponsive or does not want to take actions2) a lot of sharing resulting in a decrease of the quality of the tenants. The building entrance feels like a business tower entrance rather than a residential tower - huge footfall!3) cladding / construction work has been ongoing for 2 years now, the noise of the drilling all day long is horrendous!AVOID living there!

An upmarket building residence in Dubai Marina, nice views depending on the direction of your flat. The security is strict, you only get one parking and getting a parking around for your guest can be a hassle 24x7, clean premises, nice spacious apartments. The balconies are small. Be vary of the Dubai Marina traffic during the peak times. Although you have the Dubai tram near by. Below you have Plus Point Supermarket which is well stocked.If this review helped you please hit the like button.

Extremely over priced, dirty and falling apartStay away from “Bluebay” the agency handling the building, big hustlers and they will make sure to rip you off in every wayThe building is under maintainance for ages and will not be finished any time soonVery dirty and smelly AC, and the building is 90% used for apartment sharing and a big station for call girls and escorts.

Im living here almost one year,more worse place for living u wouldnt find,garbage room doesnt work few years,with access to parking always issues..im so happy in one month my contact will finish

Be very careful before you rent here and dont believe any word thats said to you until you see it for yourself. The management are doing their best but for some reason its not yielding good results. Forget the gym propaganda and focus on the water/ac/electricity aspects which are fundamental in your home.

THE WORST BUILDING IN THE HISTORY OF BUILDINGS. ABSOLUTELY NO POSITIVES IN LIVING IN THIS S***HOLE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

DO NOT MOVE TO SULAFA! one of the worst towers Ive seen.1-I lived for 13 months in this tower, 8 of thesem were nonestop daily constructions in the morning, Im a heavy sleeper but the noise they make is way too loud! they operate starting from 8 am almost daily.2- worst Gym, broken machines, lost weights, broken weights...etc we sent multiple emails without getting 1 answer back, they just dont care.3- Power problem (not only my apartment i have 2 friends that live here with the same issue) there is just something wrong with the power in the building, sometimes the electricity switch goes down, the light bulbs burns out randomly4- AC problems: many times during these 13 months, they shut down the AC for maintenance, not saying 1 not saying 2, probably more than 4 times (idk if any happened while i was travelling) to be fair, it works fine until humidity and high temperature hit, and when u call them they tell u, the balcony door is leaking heat inside your apartment.... they designed it where there is a gap at the lower edge of the door and u have to block it with a blanket or something and it still doesnt block it completely.5- worst parking experience, they have a whole parking level that is closed for some reason, so all cars that were allocated to that floor, start parking anywhere they want, in the 13 months Ive had more than 9 incidents of cars parking in my spot, and countless times of cars blocking me from entering or leaving my spot. you complain? security puts a paper on their car and thats it. Not to mention the parking spots are SMALLER than usual :) and the people that parked next to me over the 13 months have never been considerate, I took my 3 weeks old car to the garage to fix a serious door-slam scratch on my door :)6- sinks gets clogged very easily, and the kitchen sink is awfully small, and stinks when u wash ur dishes regularly (knowing that I barely cook or do the dishes)My Landlord is a nice person, but the sulafa management are the problem here. I will not stay a single second after my contract ends and I wouldnt recommend that you move to this building if you are looking for a good living experience in Dubai marina.

I regret renewing my rent here. The only good thing about this building is the spacious apartments. Everything else is terrible. Continuous parking issues even for residents, no parking for guests, very rude security (being trict is fine, the attitude is the problem), elevators take ages, and now to top it up theres construction around on daily basis. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Well maintained building with nice apartments. Good location to many areas in Dubai. Good pool and gym. Security is strict which can be annoying sometimes.

Nice resort, strict security, common area clean. Double set of lifts, vallett service for your guests, nice idea with a common library at the lobby, where former tenants can leave old books and magazines.Very strict no card, no enter policy, no noisy parties or security will visit you with Dubai police.

The security are doing what ever they like in the building and asking for Money to do things they should be doing if not they treat you bad and racist .

They keep the outside windows dirty for very long time and they are impossible to clean from inside. Poor service.

Too much noise because of the works. Dusty. Access to throw away the garbage is still out of order. This means that the garbage cans must be left in the garbage reserve cage. This creates a bad smell. Loud music emanating from a few apartments at all times !!

A great option for living both for a week and constantly, near the beach 20 minutes walk

He lived in a garbage and building, no respect and no bejapo to any request. Any thing ruined in the house. What satisfies it, repair it, and what it says with you to respect the works. on them

Guard with suitcases for a long time did not miss, did brains, the elevator is fast, the gym is very dirty, always a mess, the entrance to the typo of the finger in the hall to make this imprint is still a mess. I do not advise

Dubai residential skyscraper. It is not touristy but the city views are amazing if you have a good location.
