Sky Nest Holiday disgusting company and terrible service, incompetent employees! Waste your time! We set the time at 14:00, waited an hour, no one came out! The employee said he was on the 43rd floor! WHAT IS AN IDIOT!

Excellent security team and good Maitenance... you only need to know who to talk to get things done ... management are usually aloof

Terrible building . Security don’t check the people who come in and in few occasions I had arguments with ppl in the elevator cause they don’t want wear the mask

The neighborhood is the best place to live in. The tower in particular may not have the best management in comparison, though the security takes best efforts to maintain order at weekends and avoid uninvited visitors sabotaging the allotted parking.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Unless fighting with security everytime you need to deliver something is what you want to do while you stay here. Worst security ever. They act like bouncers instead of building security. Very disrespectful. Management is useless as well. No one knows what theyre doing. I couldnt even last a year.

The building is primely located near all attractions and marina walk and excellent value for money. The facilities are also very good and now Maintenace is good

The worst SECURITIES and RECEPTIONIST seen ever in my life. Buiding is good but the people in the front office is horrible.If you want to deliver something into the apartments we should park truck outside and to carry the things inside.Securities and the lady sitting in the receptionist has literally no idea how to behave to a tenant and also to a visitor.Truly against Dubai standard and laws.I hope these peoples attitude will change otherwise people has force to move legally as everyone is aware about the laws and rules of the country they are living.

One of my favorite buildings

Its quiet, nice place to live. Its an upscale place. Its near the Walk. But currently there is lot of constructions going on nearby the hotel which may be annoying if you are going out for a walk. You can easily walk to the marina and catch cruise ships. Also you can enjoy lot of free weekend shows on Marina. Tram station is near by walkable distance.

One of the most famous towers in marina and Dubai in generalIt is super tall and if you on a high floor the view is amazing, from my balcony I could see the palm, the sea, the marina ... really amazingYour experience will vary depends on the apartment there are really luxurious as well as dirty awful once like any building

Its my home building in the heart of marina skyscrapers. A beautiful sea view from our balcony and we can see marina walk, skydive, palm, atlantis and burj arab from one point.But unfortunately the view will be block in future due to new costruction.

Nothing positive to say & much better options elsewhere.Standout lowlights- Staff/maintenance beyond useless - 5 Days without water for 2 minute fix. Calling on reception 2-3 per day.- Outside pool is closed with no update on re-opening - was terrible anyway- Indoor health club and pool is awful and very dirty and run down as with rest of building- Questionable inhabitants and if you have lived in Dubai long enough you will know what I mean by that - probably one of the few buildings where you must lock your door as had visitors mistakenly come to my door at strange hours.Lots of better options in Marina

Dont ever think of moving in this place, clumpy process and policies and very poor maintenance

Dubai Marina is the best place to live in. But this building has been the worst experience of my life! Name it they have it, Bad management, stubborn security, unwelcoming receptionists, a parking nightmare, stinky health club, moulds everywhere, noisy neighbours, half of the amenities are closed 24/7, overcharged service charges, and the list goes on... A straightforward NO is my opinion of this building.

Decent Place to live. I havent lived in many places in marina, but cockroach seems to be a big problem here. Management is ok, and I can see that they are working hard to keep the place clean. Views are decent.

The place is nice and convenient although almost all of the flats are for rent in bed space and living mixed ( men and women ) in the same flat which is strictly not allowed.

Excellent location, in the heart of Dubai Marina, the beach is just across the street.

First day arrived, very nice place, very good apartment, really enjoying with the familly

Facility is good however the parking is narrow too difficult to manuever bigger cars. The place is next to everything metro, tram, carrefour and conv stores

I lived here for one year which was a constant nightmare. You will soon accept that Cockroaches will be living with you no matter how often you call pest control companies to spray your flat. Maintenance is horrible, try getting a hold of them. Forget about having guests over, there are no parkings for visitors and you will be embarrassed once they give their views about any other building. Lets not mention the gym and the pool which is still not open. This place is a scam and a horrible investment.

Great but why not change security behaviours?

The apartments are small. The lifts are sooooo slow. But the views - very nice!

The worst place to live in, the corridors are always smelling big time, bad smell from the drainage inside the house as well, moulds inside the house , slow lift and what not . All problems under one roof (marina pinnacle), not a place to live in peace .

When he settled in this house, then everything was on the level. The pool is clean (and hot), two saunas worked. And then the management put the doors on the magnetic key. In order to ensure safety. And then the saunas broke and it became impossible to enter the pool.
