Building number 4, opposite to carmel school, al nahda 2 dubai.Without seeing the review i have booked the flat with them. In 1 year 7 months stay i have faced lot of issue like water overflow from sink & bathroom drain line in addition water leakage from water supply pipe & ac drain pipe near the kitchen power socket for nearly 1 month. Minimum they will take 7 days for minor problem & major problem you wont get fixed until you lose your patience.Finally they made me to run behind them to get back my security deposit of AED 2300.00 for 46 days after vacating the flat with daily follow-up and gave back me only AED 1999.00 and says painting charge as AED 301.00. That amount also they gave to me 2 days before leaving the UAE and they asked me to submit my Air ticket for verification.If there is negative star i will give the last negative star points only.In addition they will charge AED 500.00+vat as admin charge without providing any minimum service for every contract renewal even if you need to extend your contract for 2 months.Especially family people dont choose that building for your children hygienic.As all people aware how hot the summer will be, AC will run but you will not get any cooling, they made some temporary repair after 8 days of struggle. During that time my son was 8 months only baby, just imagine how difficult it will be with baby and we stayed in my uncle home for 8 days.If any one like to have terrible experience please try with them.All the best for your next adventure.

It was way much better during the times the maintenance were being handled by Building watchmen. Now, Worse maintenance in Al Naeem Tower Sharjah. I can give a negative100 ratings if given a chance.1. Suffering to faulty air conditioning for almost 2 years.2. Very ineffective technicians.3. Maintenance team Bosses does not care with the issues even they are copied in emails.4. Very bad experience had with the worse unethical maintenance staff at landline 048994444 and 048994443.5. Maintenance were not free.6. Building conditions are very bad. Total renovations required including hiring effective maintenance staff on Higher positions.No doubts more are leaving the Al Naeem Tower every months. Definitely moving out this year as well.

I stay in sharjah Al nahda Al Safa tower. All I can say is rooms are quite spacious thats the the only plus side. Rest everything is 👎🏼 Worst management. Absolutely nonsense, no value for money.That one star is given only for my lovely house.

Do not rent any apartment from any building maintained by MHBH Residential Building. The worst experienced and they dont care about you!Very bad maintenance, very bad management. You will cry a lot.

I can say this is the only worst real estate company in entire UAE.Below mentioned are the reasons:1.) Unethical Management.2.) Useless staff3.) Worst Maintenance.4.) They wont refund security deposits.5.) Any maintenance service handled by this group is of the utmost worst quality. The personnel sent might be good, but they will never come to your residence cos none of the calls are answered, none of the mails replied to. Taking your problem to the higher legal authorities would be the right move to get them to notice your grievance.

I am living in one of their building in Sharjah for last six months and I already decided to leave this building.Very bad maintenance. They have a centralized maintenance complaint system with a phone number which never get answered and an email on which you will get a reply after a lot of reminders and follow up.In my apartment AC is not efficient, the temperature inside the apartment is more than 28DegC which is very hot and sweaty. We complained several times and as I explained previously after a lot of follow up for days after days, the technician appears just to say that everything is working fine and still the apartment is hot.When we started they charged AED 1000 for maintenance promising us that all the maintenance including replacing the fused bulbs will be replaced in free of charge and now they are sending emails informing that some of the cost would be chargeable.Do not rent any apartment from any building maintained by this company.Very bad maintenance, very bad management.

THEIR AC IS THE WORST..I think this is their trademark for having the oldest ac model!!! and besides this is the only estate that doesnt give discount to old tenant during the pandemic

Since to write a review I am giving one star, such a worst maintenance they have , i have shifted to their building few months back and now the toilet flush is not working , when i asked to get replaced they are telling it will cost me 100 AED additional , there is no physical damage and its purely due to low quality material they choose and i am still follow up with this guys not responding at all .

Just shameful...

Worst Maintainence service Air conditioning is pathetic in Al Jawad Tower and no one care about this even I have complaint about this many times their technician is so arrogant an rude that he is not attending any of the complaint and always making lame excuses and they all think that they are doing some government job.

I do not advise anyone to stay in a bldg managed or owned by this company. Takes days and weeks to fix any small issue, and if fixed it will be after 10s of calls, emails, complaints.

The worst maintenance service by this residential building, if you want a peaceful life never come to these buildings.

One of the worst estate I have ever come across , they don’t show courtesy to reduce the rent and poor maintenance also , during the hard times of this lockdown , they even speak in rough tone if we come for requesting to make it less they don’t show kindness instead they direct say to leave and go to other place, inspite we stayed here for two years being regular payers also.

Im giving 1 point because I must give a star to give a review, otherwise, I will give negative. They discriminate by colour as they dont like giving blacks house, even as I have a very good job and I have family. I managed to give them all the more than required documents, moved in to the house(Al Jawad Building, Al Nahda Sharjah) . For the 2 years I lived there, the WC always have issues, and maintenance will show up after several reports to them. As a matter of fact, they would promise that they will bring something the next day to fix the issues, but they never showed up. Same issues with the AC.The kitchen is hot as hell, no AC, no heat absorb-er.Then, once you leave the house, to get your deposit is another issue, they will keep posting you and sending you here and there. in 1 month you wont receive your deposit yet and for sure they will give you pea nut from the deposit.They treat people with so much disrespect if you go to their office in Sharjah as if they are giving you the house for free.There are better houses with better facilities and respectful people that treat people with courtesy.If you can, get your house elsewhere. by the way the real Estate agency name is MHG

They do not return the full security deposit. Infact hardly any sum is returned, with some excuses.

Don’t go to any buildings of mohammed hassan baba hassan, especially al nahda sharjah, you will have headache only, poor maintenance, no one will answer from their office even you call hundred times, living here for 6 months but the complains I made since we first came until now not repaired, they will just tell ok we will send someone, a/c is very bad in al reef 2 building al nahda sharjah, during summer you need to put in highest fan level and thermostat at 16c and turn on your electric fan so that your room will be cold a little, a/c tech came 5 times and keep telling its normal, what the! Normal? Is it normal to use a/c and electric fan just to keep the room cool enough? So please when you are checking a flat don’t bother to come here you will suffer until your contract is finish, planning to transfer when my contract ends.

Al nahda reef2building watch man is very very bad attitude he is careless for any complain.the day shift watchman is stupid not helpful not polite he is getting money from company he should be focus on his job but always busy on mobile.he if you have any complain for flat he will send mentainance after 2days building area is also not clean smell bad better to remove day shift watch man and replace the professional security so they can care for building and client.
