Worst building.. every day problems they never come and fix the problem on time. must call them 100 times.

I would have given negative stars if it was possible. The worst experience ever as a tenant living in Dubai. Have shifted here only three months back, and the maintenance issues are never ending. As a tenant I have to beg for maintenance. If you ask for a plumber or electrician today, they send them only after 2-3 days that too after repeated reminders. Moreover, the building is infested with lizards that crawl into your living room and bedrooms, but the management will never agree to this, despite several tenants having complained.

The worst maintenance team. have so many issues which never ends.
