Horrible security and building management, do mot believe any of the reviews that are 5 stars as they are fake, just look at the profile of the reviewers. Management is Rude, uneducated, uncivilized.Water cuts, electricity cuts, constant harassment to tenants, delivery is not allowed in, guests not allowed in, parking sports are taken, construction allowed without municipality permits…

The security they gave my food to someone else and keep shouting at us and telling me I am not responsible and also since I am living here the security are so rude and very unhelpful and really they cant speak decently.When I ask about there names one of them refused to tell his name and he was not wearing name tag and very urespectful he told go make the complaint as he dont care.Please any one thinking to live there take care because the security is very rude and if your belongings is stolen they will refuse to check the cameras and they will shout at you and they are not saying there names and not wearing the name tags and really they dont care about any complaints as they dont have a manager.The two guys there names was zheeshan and the other one I think omran.If there is any management please take a proper action because they act like the building owners and if there is no action from your side I know how to deal with them.You have 2 days to give my feedback otherwise I know how to take my rights.

If you are planning to rent this place. Please check with the owner for number of tenants per room.Building management by fixis and saga recruited few securities to misbehave with tenants and drive them away after a month of stay .Please check with the owner before renting the apartment.Mr Niazzi and mr.Ram- for building manager is highly recommendable to change his profession. Beware of security guard.mr.Elias.rather than protecting the tenants, he has been hired to misbehave with them.End and over

Filled rental fraud with the police.PLEASE BE WEARY OF MR NIHAS AMBALATHVEE and hes associates...am yet to get security deposit. Amazing place to live talking about structure, rooms, gym and pool. My wife and I rented a master room here. Talking about the security and management team, its awful. We faced a lot of problems every day here. They give us only 1 access card, so we couldnt use the common areas together, they tease us all time, sometimes we couldnt enter our own home. Terrible team!

Worst of the worst building management and security team. They have made these weird and unheard of, security rules and the security teams harass and embarass the tenants on a daily basis. Its like paying for your apartment and still being humiliated everyday by the security team like you are living there for free.If you rent an apartment with a friend, they treat it as a shared apartment and no guests will then be allowed in your apartment even if they are your parents, thats how tough their rules are. If you invite your friends over for a get-together, they have to return that night as they are not allowed to stay back. Its like living in a boys hostel with a tough warden.When you talk to the guards they proudly mention that a lot of our apartments are empty because we dont easily allow people to rent the apartment.All of this is happening in the most modern part of Dubai i.e. Dubai Marina. Believe it or not. Beware of renting an apartment here. Dont waste your money.Edit after 2 months: They disabled my access card saying that my visa has expired. I told them that the new visa is under process and will get it soon but cant help their illogical excuses and rules.By the way, my bank accounts are working, my credit and debit cards also working, i could use my emirates id to live in a hotel too, i could send money back home but I CANT ENTER THE BUILDING!. Never ever take a lease here.

If I could make it 0 stars, I would. THE WORST building on Marina. Management is overly cautious about COVID, even if its almost gone. They dont allow my friend to visit me longer than 3 days in a row. There is always crowd of people at the entrance, people who cant enter the building due to same reason. Rent price is as its Promenade towers, but you will have horrendous and dangerous gym with ancient equipment which is falling apart right in your hands and you will have to go down to the parking to pick up your delivery. As a bonus you will get construction in front of your balcony, which will keep you awake all night, 7 days per week.AND you might get shutdown of electricity which FOR SOME REASON has to be maintained specifically during the weekend, so you have to be a refugee seeking for wi-fi and charger outside of your house.If management would focus on upgrading the quality of living instead of pressuring tenants, would be considerate to live in.

The worst management you can ever imagine!!!They will call police on you for just taking your belongings to your home and when the police arrives they say every lie possible to get you arrested they get personal like your worst enemy. They will insult you, humiliate you even, curse youThey see there residence like animals and treat them like animals!!

Rented a room in flat 2501 for a couple of months. The owner, his name is Omer I believe, refused to give back my remaining deposit of AED 1250. So be wary if you want to rent that apartment.

Worst building mamagement in entire dubai.

Maintenance is not great you have to pay for repair. Very crowded elevators and small. Ac is terrible. Apartment is spacious. Lots of sharing rooms which is bad.

The facilities are good, but the security act as if you’re an alien... I lived there for like a month. An had to deal with the tantrums of the security on a daily basis, so decide to shift before time. Although the 3rd star is for the facilities amazing pool and sauna, steam etc...

If you are about to rent an apartment which has marina side windows or balcony, I would suggest you to think thousand times. The construction across the road is terribly loud. They work 24/7. And emaar has permission for night construction, so you cant complain anywhere.

The living spaces in these apartments are large and the views are stunning. However, the other parts of the apartments seem old and run down. The kitchens are very out of date, there arent windows in some rooms.. It seems old inside.

Its centrally located in Dubai Marina and close all amenities and steps away from the JLT metro station. Sometimes the area is prone to slow traffic because of taxis and drop offs right in front of the building.

Ive been worked in that tower for about a period of time not less than 4 years.

Location cant be beat. Steps from DMCC metro and just behind E11. Spacious 4 bedroom apartments though gym facilities have been broken for 9+ months with no repairs approved.

Great appt complex been living here for the past 4 years although the facilities in the gym could be seen as a bit out of date the pool is great and the view from the higher floors is great

Improvements on management during latest few years have been impressive. Keep up the hood work.

Be aware of a s-c-a-m gang overthere. They call themselves Kumar and Neshu (may not be their real names). They offer to rent rooms, take the deposit and then they disappear.

Warning for expats!!!!Very BAD management, access card cost 1000 AED, and for next name change is 2000 aed, and third time if tenant contract holder wants to change the name on access card is 4000k. On the first moving tenant needs to pay 4000 AED anyway.Walls are wet and building has very weak isolation.Mr Niazzi - for building manager is highly recommendable to change his profession coz his place is not in public not tourism sector at all. Also securities are afraid and constantly under pressure. My guests were never happy for holding their ID cards while their visit.Quality is not what you need to search in that building.End and over
