Standard multistore building like all around Dubai, Ive been living here for 3 years (European expat). Pluses: multinational residents from around the world, quite clean, location. Minuses: awfully designed driveway to the garage, no gas in the building and electric cookers are not allowed (not sure if last is still valid). Building is getting old slowly...
