Seems like good. Front of Al-Yoosuf building

Bad bad bad admin staff. Not trustworthy. Say one thing but do nothing. My friend stayed in this bldg. They had light outage during Ramadan. They have a baby too but these guys dint bother helping in time. My friend had to forcibly go out to the malls as they could not bear the summer heat inside. No maintenance contracts with anyone professional. Quite cheap but they charge alot as rent. Funny!

Terrible experience when my husband went to inquire if they have any vacant apartments. They ignored him at first and showed BIG attitude! Didnt even open the glass door, which that stupid guy could just easily open from inside. I was watching him from the car. When he asked again, the security/watchman raised his voice at my husband and said NOOOOOOO. If this is how they behave to those who go there to check for flats, I wonder how the tenants are treated. As I see from the other reviews, it is evident that they suffer! Pathetic! Please avoid this building if you are looking for a place to live peacefully!

Building is good but the people in the management are all clowns. Too much attitude and also overpriced. No maintenance whatsoever. If plan to live here also be prepared to lose the full amount of your security deposit. They are gonna charge you for all wrong reasons. Stay away if you want peace of mind.

It’s a nice apartment with small corridor’s but it has also swimming pool, I’m not sure if it also has gym, as it’s not even showing it the picture. In this apartment, my auntie lives, that’s how I know these informations ;)

Very beautiful park, very calm and most importantly cats!

Normal accomodation; steep price of 85k for 2bedroom apt. look around the area, with lower price same facilities.

Rent is too expensive, there are other options which are better and more affordable in the same area.

Horrible experience. The units are large but massively overpriced for the area. You can get better apts for this price in better areas too! They believe they have built Burj Khalifa in Dubai! Arrogant management who never show their face when things go wrong. Unprofessional and two faced staff. Bunch of liars. Do not fall for their sweet talk. They are good with you as long as you dont ask for anything or complain. They say they want the best for their tenants but then go and lie to the landlord so that it does not show them in bad light. They forget something called karma exists! Wish them all the best in life!
