No maintenance, so dont depend on thatSo many people will be living in the apartment more like a labor camp rather than a clean place to live inthe smell of the building when you enter is never forgotten, smells horrible,forget about cleaning and never take the staircase, you will probably throw up from the odor, smell, garbage all over.You see cockroaches for so many times on the floor and in the garbage room its a nightmare when it is blocked and no one cleans it.Cant wait till my contract is over and I can leave!

Such a disgusting disgusting apartment No maintenance, the ac and air extractor are very dusty, and there is mold in the bathroom ceiling. If they wanted to leave the bathroom dirty it would’ve been cleaner than the way it is when they “cleaned” it.

I have 4 years in this buildingBut every year they change the security and the maintenance, today I find new security looked good but the 2 virus from maintenance really very rude and make me that I need to cancel the contact, before the building was just for families and now full bed space.
