Very rude behaviour by the sales person when I called to inquire about the rent. If you do not like to provide information to customers why you are displaying your number infront of the building. Never calling back again.

I recently left this building beacuse of the poor maintainince and alot of sound while sleeping

Very Poor maintenance - incompetent and dishonest management1.Water pipeline issueIts second time in one year .-water supply for 1-days2.Kids play area badly maintained3.Parking sensor doesnt work properlyMost of time- u will stuck at Gate.4.The exhaust of most of the flats doesntwork. U will have smell in washroom .5.Fire alarm going bonkers every week. 6.Basement parking always with stagnant water7. Cockroach rats issue8. Building Exterior cleaning not being done9. Repeated requests to have temperature control in pool not being considered10. Smelly and coloured/ rusty water that can cause serious health issues.11. Poor -A/C cooling , AC repaired 5 times in 4 months , Despite nt working , u will need fan .12. Taps are old and worn out13. Only one person for all tasks and for whole building though he is efficient but no of technicians need to be added , usually 4-5 in other buildings . The maintenance charges to be scrapped as no other building charges .14. Mold formation and cracks on Walls, keeps recurring despite of multiple repairs15. It’s only building where from Kid’s Bi-cycles were stolen from Parking.

Building looks very nice and rich from outside. But residents have so many maintenance related issues which are hardly resolved. Inspire of paying 5% fee for maintenance.From water pipe bursting ( almost everymonth) to tiles breaking in the flat exhaust what all not. We shifted here considering since the rent is much higher as per this area average rent but maintenance is really poor

Pretty good residential building with quality facilities, located close to the Pond park. An occasional technical hitch with the vehicle entry barrier was an irritant earlier; something which has been improved significantly afterwards

Its probably the best Apartment in Al Nahda 2 neighborhood. All apartments are 2BHK with store and reasonably sized. Pets are allowed !

Building had a fire incident on Eid which ended up spoiling the lift room.Now 10 days no maintaince

Cockroach and rats issue. No pesticide done by management though maintenance charges are paid.8. Building Exterior cleaning not done since 2 years as of now.9. This is a spacious apartment with 2BHK, swimming pool, gym, spa and parking facility here is so amazing that u will always have a paid parking free and also per Car per person is the rule in the apartment

I lived in Sharjah for half the price and didnt have Any of the issues. I had issues from day 1 with management and their promises. Paying a premium price for this building. Initially was told its a maintenance free building but they add it to your contract in yr2. Flat has amazing finishes, but when you live here you find the issues: Kids play area has coacroaches living under the mats. Swimming pool needs reno. Yellow water in pipes. Smelly bathroom. Parking gate is cursed, works when it wants to. Coacroach infestation when I moved in, then I paid myself and nuked the apartment. One elevator gets stuck all the time. Fire alarm randomly triggering, scares the hell out of the kids(although now it didnt happen for 1 month), building exterior windows never cleaned. Water pipe recently broke and took 18 hrs to fix. So for the premium rent and maintenance fee this building asks for, its not justified.
