I am staying in this building since last 5 years in a one bedroom apartment which is huge with 2 Balconies. Before taking this apartment I have looked many buildings and those were either small or AC was not central AC chiller free. This building has got its own central cooling system which is efficient and cost effective. The play areas gym sauna all are par excellent compared where I has stayed before

We are very much happy to live in one bedroom spacious apartment. Our kid is enjoying the play area and it’s a great entertainment for them. Gym, pool, sauna are great as well. We are living here for more than 4 years.

Best apartment layout in sports city. Building is maintained nicely, kids play area is big, pool is of decent size, separate gym for male and female. Building has nice view of golf club as well as MBZ road.

Before I moved to Olympic park 1, I had visited many buildings and saw many apartments in Dubai, but honestly, I didnt see any place have the suitable size and layout such as in Olympic Park 1. Besides that, the availability of car parking, 24 hrs security team, free chiller, nice gym, nice swimming pool and amazing kids area. The location is perfect and accessible from Al-khail and Mohammad bin Zayed roads.

One of the most spacious apartments in Dubai Sports City. I have been to almost all the buildings in DSC but nothing comes close to the size and beautiful layout of the apartments here. Good community with friendly residents!

WARNING: Do not stay in appartment 1408, the owner and his agent will steal your money. but if staying in another appartment overall the tower is nice and well served; cleaners are everywhere, lots of security cameras, two gyms for ladies and men, swimming pool. but some disadvantages such as; the fire alarm rings occasionaly about twice per month which is very loud and noisy. Also chiller in summer is weak and temperature does not drop below 24 degree which is acceptable but not perfect.

Please accept advise from person who leaved in this building for two years.They will tell you chiller free but they will not tell that AC dont cool more than 25 deg and very bad smell will come from it. Elevaters were out of work for many times due to water leakage and when they repair it only 1 of 3 will work for few months.Please avoid it as friendly advise.

I visited many buildings, and OP1 is one of the biggest apartment. Honestly I’m here since 4 years and I don’t regret. Big space, and free chiller, nice kids play area, lovely neighborhoods, and 2mn by car from Cheikh Mohamad bin Zayed road. Clean pool, equipped GYM, wonderful balcony view and security 24/24. I recommend !

Me and my family are living in this building from last 4.5 years. We scanned almost all possible locations in Dubai for 6 months before we decided to move here, due to,1. Beautiful layout with large rooms & closed Kitchen.2. No bottle necks or Traffic jams during entry-exits3. Chiller free AC, which makes uitlity bills less expensive and on-call maintenance technicians.4. Kids friendly Garden/Play area.5. Pets friendly building.6. Car parkings availability for visitors/guests.6. Multinational/Multicultural neighbors, celebrating all festivals peacefully.An add of the building is its great open view, newly constructed Mosque (opp.) & strategic location giving access to Al Khail, Shk Mohd. Bin Zahed & Emirates road.Highly recommend...

I have been living in Olympic Park 01 Dubai Sports City since last five years. This Corner building facing Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (former Emirates Road).It has own Chiller, so there is no Empower billing. It is one of the very few buildings in Sports city which is Chiller free.Separate Gyms for Ladies and Gents,Swimming Pool,Suana, Steam bath,Beautiful Kids play area, Security,Basement and common parking,Gardening with in and outside building,Strong Owners associationDiverse residents,Spacious rooms within each apartment (difficult to beat in most of dubai buildings),Sheikh Zayed Road is approx within 10 minutes driveAll this make it more attractive to live in for any family looking for good, attractive and peaceful atmosphere at reasonable cost.
