D1 tower is a high-rise Resistantial tower and about 80 storeys. Completed and Handed over in 2015 it is barely 6 years old. The closest metro station to this location is the Al Jaddaf Metro station and from there it is easier to walk to the tower or take a taxi from the metro station and expect to pay about 12 dirhams for the 2 minutes drive. I recently rented a 2 bedroom apartment there for 93,000 and a 3 bedroom for 120,000 annually. This is for the sake of people looking to rent apartments.

One of the best places in Dubai to live. Great location. You can go out and walk outside, go the great pool or use the amazing gym. The grocery store downstairs is also something that has bailed us out many times. New restaurant should also be up and running and looks to be as good as Maazara was.

Amazingly beautiful view from upper floors. Modern and beautiful building. Versace Palazzo is right next to it. Close to Dubai international airport and Dubai Creek. Subway is only 15 minutes walk. A lot of construction is around now but in a couple of years it will be one of the most beautiful places in Dubai.

We spent 3 years in D1 tower but the building has really too many problems and its getting every year worst and worst.The only positive are the concierge and all working people .

D1 is definitely a beautiful building but definitely not worth the price and hassle.The only reason I’m giving D1 one star is because of the amazing concierge and staff working there and the great view.Where to start with this building...The good:- as I said, concierge is great- great location to walk my dog- great to have a minimart and restaurant there- nice pool and nice gym (although they are small fot a big building)The bad:- If you’re facing Versace, beware...they have one playlist and they play it everyday. The noise from them becomes unbearable. Not to mention the weddings until late at night.- Their AC cooling company is horrible. At one point i paid more than 700dhs a month in summer to cool my home. And it wasn’t even cooling well because of the glass facade. The apartment heats up.- The walls must be made of cardboard bcz u can hear the neighbors as i’m sure they can hear you.- The AC and ceiling leaks quite a bit. I had to have a whole construction site go on in my bathroom because my shower was leaking into my neighbor’s room downstairs.- Black out curtains dont keep the heat out at all.- I couldn’t use my guest bathroom at all. The smell of mold was unbearable and the bidet (shataf) didn’t work- The cabinet and wardrobe is super small. The kitchen ones are ridiculous.- All the sinks are poorly designed and they spill water everywhere.- Getting in and out of this building, because of the lack of a roundabout, is a nightmare.- About the gym: u can’t go on the treadmill in the early morning without sunglasses because the sun will blind your eyes. The treadmills must face away from the windows.- Also, they have adopted some new pet policies. No more than one pet. Check with them before moving in.The terrible:- There’s a huge hot water debate and my landlord keeps trying to push the due payments on me.- building management are like nuns at a monastery, they have ridiculous forms and procedures to keep updating them on. They don’t respect the tenant and landlord relationship at all and they have no idea what they’re doing. They ask for the tenancy contract but never hold the landlord accountable for his end of the bargain.- This building will try and charge you for anything and everything. So be careful if you’re moving into this place.My final advice is this: be careful of the contract you sign with landlords and building management. They’ll try and cheat you in one way or another.Thank God I left

Very nice building to live in. AC needs continuous maintenance. but the views and the pool are wonderful. what is missing is an outdoor kids playground and slides which looks very much needed with the amount of kids in the building. hope they plan to have a dedicated outdoor area for kids to play. it can make a huge difference for the families in the whole tower.

Terrible management. Security is rude and dont know what they are doing. Security also do not wear masks properly when talking with people.

Awesome place to have a house lucky to have number of property in this icon building with family. Beautiful view from all sides love to be here plus a nice walkway.

Excellent tower, second to The Burj khalifa. Can be seen from far off.. Great experience, the building with all fantastic facilities. Especially now after the development of Dubai wharf. Nice place to chill any time.

Good place to live. Great view. A bit noisy from nearest Business Bay Crossing Bridge and the road to this D1 Tower needs a lot to be improved, nonetheless the overall experience of the building and facilities is very good.

Tower has great potential for when it will be completed. Building handover/management company is border line useless. All the amenities on the website are non existent at move in ( swimming pools, gym, movie theatre, restaurants, steam and sauna rooms). Building management has to idea on timelines and wont be pro active about making arrangements with sister building Palazzo Versace which has multiple pools that are manned and functioning but almost no one uses.

Breath taking views of especially Downtown, Healthcare city, Culture Village, Creek harbor and Festival city!

In this building you only buy stunning views. The building is striking from the outside with its tall rise alone on the bank of Bur Dubai, along the Dubai Water Canal (Dubai Industrial River), and from the inside, and from any height of the floors of the building or from either side, you will be in the Dubai skyline, which is unique to you and the residents of the building. Either you see Deira, which is the old town in Dubai, a lively, clean and interconnected center, or you can see Bur Dubai, which is the most modern contemporary area in the world.But other than the scenes, you may get angry at the level of workers indifference to mastering their work in dozens of important details in this beautiful building !!!!!!!!!!!!!
