Building and flat are good and huge space but the maintenance is very bad, mostly they dont pickup your call, parking is also a big problem, security staffs and the cleaners are good and supportive.- they should have help desk system or a support portal to track status of complaints.- they can cover the parking by concrete wall and ceiling which is safe from the wind and other natural disasters

Arguably The most spacious family orientated apartments in the town. Above average rooms, Large balcony/ies along with maid rooms. The outskirts of the building are not as maintained as they were before but internal maintenance system is still not bad. All of the Parking spaces are not under shade i.e. uniformity lacks. The person you are supposed to engage with for rent enquiries is not at all a friendly or cooperative voice . Security personel are quite friendly and cooperative. Especially Mr. Boss. Location is ideal. within the heart of the locality with immediate vicinity is still free from commercial menace.
