Simply put one of the worst in all aspects, NEVER AGAIN .

Great quality and the owner cares about the building and cleanliness

Rocky management are terrible, upon signing the contract they dont disclose the charges they will forcefully add if you leave within a year,more over charging for the gas upfront and higher than what others give. To all reading this plz go elsewhere unless Rocky isnt managing this building anymore
