I wouldnt reccomend this building. Management deducting double maintenance fees when moving out (compare to the market cost), very noisy building and its out of construction that going opposite. There is no sound proof on the doors or windows, steam room locked from March.

Worst place ever.

I stayed there for 2 years and when I wanted to move out the management asked me to pay a penalty of 3 months rent when because I notified them 82 days before my last day of contract (it should be 90+). It wasnt nice when they locked the lift and stopped me from moving out. Luckily the police allowed me to go after I complained. Beware when you give notice.

I was impressed at first but then once i have moved in i noticed that apartments are very close to each other and i can actually hear my neighbors talking at their balcony like they are sitting inside my apartment. Many residents are not considerate so you will hear people talking very loudly at 12 or 1 am and management does not do any thing although i have complained so if you are looking to enjoy some quite time at your own house , this is not the right place.Also Balcony doors are not even slightly sound proof so you will also be disturbed with loud voice of people at the pool or children playingBuilding cleaning is not good also i have a problem of ants going inside my apartment from under the door and they did nothing.Stairs are never cleaned.

Don’t ever move to Shereena residence before they tell you the truth about windows and doors aren’t well closed nor maintained!!!!!! People don’t be fooled by the finishing of this building yes it’s cozy yes nice yes it’s a wonderful place !!! But you will never relax the way You want !!! And neighbors don’t respect themselves!! Party , noises , fighting , called the police 10 times !!!!!( constructions noises , children’s noises , u can even hear the door bus open from 9th floor -open-close.)If you want new apartment similarYou will find green diamond in ArjanAndNshama Town square in al Qudra roadDon’t be fooled by this building yes it nice but the only worst are ( windows and door are bad quality ) you will fight with the neighbors to have some peace of mind !!!!
