Pros - Good / friendly security staff, good location - easy access to metro.Cons - bad building quality, lack of proper management,false ceiling in corridor fall / dropped in summer 2019 on multiple floors and it took them 1-2 months to repair (pictures as shown), during heavy rains water started pouring like tap through the facade / window, there are no arrangements of carrying your own grocery to your apartment (no carts),Gym and swimming pool were very average and late to open. Only one parking available and rarely possible for visitors to find a parking as it is next to hotel. First time to put a move out deposit !

This is the worst building i have ever live in. low quality of materials used especially in the kitchen. when it rains, the water is coming out from the facades. they have promised that pool will be open soon but its a lie. ive been here for a year and pool is still under construction. if you are considering this building, then you need to prepare for the worst.
