Absolutely amazing - We had the 3 bedroom apartment. Beautiful views of the Marina, very spacious, modern decor with a fully equipped kitchen. Lots of amazing restaurants on the ground floor and access to amenities made it 10 times better.

Great location, lovely bright spacious apartments. Beautiful swimming pool facilities.However, there are some major disadvantages of you are looking to move in here:• Fire alarm keeps going off multiple times a weeks. It’s almost been a year and nothing had been done.• Visitor parking is only 1 hour free.• Lifts are constantly under maintenance.• Warranty for electrical and A/C expired on the 11/05/2020 and further repairs will be paid by the tenants. And things do break.• Gym is open from 7am which is rather late.• Showers are constantly leaking as poorly designed. Silicone gel can’t solve all your problems.

Was staying at my friends for a couple of days, the receptionists are extremely rude, condescending and they were also rude to friends coming over. They make you wait for long to take you up and the interrogation is a bit offensive. I had been visiting my friend for years and I dint think they changed a bit

I recently stayed in a property in Marina Gate with Key One Homes - there were a number of issues - there is the smell of bad plumbing that is really bad for your lungs every time you use the bath. There are 2 ensuite bathrooms only one of them works properly, so we all had to share one rooms ensuite bathroom. As a result of this plus other issues they offered a one night free accommodation. They refused to give me cash from my deposit saying it needed to be via bank transfer. They appear very professional and kind, being that is my nature and it is a respectable area of Dubai I trusted them - only to find out this is a cover. It is now coming to 5 weeks and I still am chasing them daily for the money. The excuse is its the bank. I will update this post further when I get my money. If you have a family, I would advise you dont stay here. If you would like good customer service and dont spend the latter part of your holiday dealing with issues - then think again. The individuals I liaised with were Jacob Tanvir, Naveed (extremely rude), and Abdul
