Just to mention few of the regular issues you might encounter-1) the glass panes are very poorly insulated, if your apartment faces the road and you have big glass windows then be prepared to have sand and dust in your house. It is the same case with sound also, every whisper outdoor you can hear sitting inside your apartment.2) pest menace - cockroach infestation is serious. Periodic pest control not happening.3) sewage water leaking is a regular affair4) ac troubles are very common.5) air vent insulation isn’t proper. If Your neighbor smokes sitting in his apartment then u get the smell sitting in your apartment.6) water leakage and very poor Maintainence.Basically you life will be hell!

Any urgent Complaints after 5pm are not going to fix, our room on 2nd floor is filled with with somebodys kitchen grease waterof water, after complaining to the concern person he replied cannot do anything after 5pm even the building falls, you have to wait till morning, and once the maintenance team reached will check. This man is not even ready take a look, what is going on.My advise, dont take this kind of flat in this kind of building, theu only take your money and dont care...

Ive lived her for 3 years, and honestly it was horrible 3 years. Building maintenance is absolutely horrible. I have repaired my AC for more than 18 times, leakage in the bathroom, and maintenance will neither support or even care to help out. They are useless. All tenants have the same exact complain. What ever you do avoid this building at any cost!

Ive lived in Masaar residence for almost 4 years and moving out soon. I had no major complains during these years. The maintenance is not bad, pest control used to be done more regularly before but still done, construction around the building make it bit noisy sometimes, the building is well located near to jvc street one exit to el khail road... will give it 4 stars now. If your expectations are not high, I think you will find this building acceptable.
