The swimming pool has been closed since May 2021. When I call the maintenance line they are saying that rectification works have been going on. But I havent seen any work going on since. Its hard to believe that it takes 7 months to repair a swimming pool, that time is enough to build a house. Very dissatisfied with the building & maintenance due to this issue.

Very bad experience with the real estate guys.my brother and family was staying there for one year.then requested for a rent reduction and they refused.we were giving 60k for 2bhk while the average rent in the area is below 50k.moreover they were giving the same for 51k to new tenants.then we asked for internal shifting to a room without balcony.that also denied.finally we decided to shift from there.then only we came to know the real estate guys are not bad,they are the worst greedy people.out of our deposit they were reducing 1800AED without anyproper reason,they are telling some stupid things which are not happend from us.but the ball is in their court so we decided to give them the balance of the deposit as alms for them.eat it and be happy.never ever recommend this real estate to anyone.

We have been living in Razn House building for last 3 years which is maintained & managed by Asico Real Estate. This has been the most poorly managed abd constructed building in our experience of living in Dubai for last 10 years.We have had numerous leaks and water pressure issues in last 3 years. Leaks are major leaks from swimming pool in roof top, so we are not talking about small water leaks. The walls due to leak are damp and full of fungii. Bedroom walls are the same.Swimming pool experts give us wrong assurance that problem is fixed whereas we experienced yet another leak two weeks back.Maintanence head doesnt have time to respond to your numerous calls. If leak continues after office hours...then it your headache as to manage the situation.We are currently paying 55k annually for 1 bed room apartment!!! Last few days before we vacate this nightmare. Unfortunately, even days before vacating this flat we have to deal with this leaks...Sharing real pictures for everyones reference. Its just to give a real picture of what to expect so that no one else should face this suffering like us!!!
