Only 2bhk building with close kitchen and balconies. Good decent building for families only

Came for piercing lady in here it was great

The property is managed by FAB .There are so many problems with this building -Access /Parking ,the parking that is allotted ,hygiene of the building ,AC -yes something basic like airconditioning ,we were without the basics that we were paying for for almost 1.5 months & also when we moved in for 3 months the exhaust opened into the airconditioning making the house smell like a giant toilet,the parking alotted does not fit any cars they have been constructed in the most grotesque manner /DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS BUILDING /WE ARE LIVING THROUGH HELL & THEY ARE GIVING US A TERRIBLE TIME MANAGING THE LEASE

UPDATE Aug 2018Now the gym equipment has broken down and despite reminders to the management team, no action has been taken.The ACs in common areas, lifts, corridors etc are not functional and no action has been taken.We are leasing a 2 bedroom apartment but only 1 access card has been issued.Intercom system has not been setup despite reminders for the last 5 months.This is one of the worst buildings in town with a number of faults in civil and plumbing works. The apartments smell of sewage water every now and then. The building is managed by FAB who is extremely irresponsible and non-responsive when issues are raised with them. The engineering team is highly incompetent where they use electicians / plumbers to fix civil works. Overall i have had the most painful experience in UAE with this building and its management team. I am keen to terminate the lease and never return to this disgusting smelly apartment. Please be careful before considering to move in to this building.UPDATE: now no AC for the last one week and the incompetent staff keeps visiting, and examining and not fixing. Really Terrible maintenance, poor response time and extremely low competence. Please be careful if youre looking to move here.
