Low quality items everywhere inside the building. AC and deva rate around 700 and 600 at peak time for 1 bhk.. For 2 bhk it was 900 and 600. For a family cooking gas charge will be above 100 aed. Maintainance work is worst as well. We always had issue with paint peeling off, kitchen cupboards, bathroom fittings etc etc.cant finish up😐

The worst experience I have ever had, bad finishing, worse parking planI have scratched my car 4 times low quality every ware inside the apartments, and on top of that the building AC bills ... a lot of problems come in one package for a high price.No facilities inside neither outside the building, its like living in the desert.The only good thing is the apartment size.I dont recommend it for families.
