Sharing experience as a tenant:Worst maintenance, u keep calling nothing gets done. Even the management made aware without any action.Worst servicePoor quality of finishing in apartments even its new building.The real estate guy will dump the deal on u and then never pickup your call once all payment is done.Stay away!!!It seems the positive reviews are paid or by the developer himself.

Horrible quality of finishing , tiles break even if you walk , door handle is the cheapest in th market spoiled before moving. Gym since 6 months we move not open even though we paid for it and other facilities, cleaning public area and parking is too dirty an Dan look old like th en building there since 500 year

STAY AWAY!!!!! Absolutely the WORST place to live!!!!I have a newborn and the firealarm keeps on going off at all hours day or night.It has become unbearable to live in.All other problems mentioned in other reviews, is actually being kind to the management of this building. They have no sense of responsibility and don’t care about any issues.The management deserves to be taken to court over the living conditions in this place!

DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT HERE!!!! ESPECIALLY 110/210/310/410/510/610/710/810/910/10101. The AC’s always have problems.2. There are always weird smells.3. The quality is horrible and breaking down.4. The pool and Gym are still not open after 6 months.5. No proper management, even though there is a big team. No one takes responsibility .Just stay away from here
