Nice building, it’s consist of two residential and one Hotel apartment block, professional managed by the management bodies.There’s three temperature controlled Swimming polls along with kids pool and jacuzzis so each block has Owns.Ladies and agents gym are separate with steam and sauna facility.Two basement parking floor.A very good architectural design.

Poor Services, Fire Alarm on and off 24/7, High prices for nothing and no facilities are working.Basically w wast of MONEY!!!

Clean and tidy, convenient location, 3 pools! Road facing flats can get road noise. Nice gym, adequate parking.

This place is a ripoff. Worst management ever. They are a bunch of professional crooks managing the property. Place is smelly and a false fire alarm sets off a couple of time on a daily basis after midnight. Stay away from that property.

The fire alarm is constantly going off in the middle of the night (Im talking 1am, 4am), they refuse to show receipts if they claim you have broken something and make you pay insane amounts of money for any small issues - even if they were there before you got there - because they do not keep evidence of apartment checks

The rooms are very good and staff is very friendly, they have a great pool but the only thing I dont like is the gym, it nothing good.

Extremely noisy building. Alarms are going off and the AC on the roof sounds like a jet plane

Its been a year..! And no complaints.... Very helpful staff.. Very well maintained pools and surroundings... A clean and hygenic environment..

Great place to stay if your visiting Dubai, nice facilities..close to Dubai Marina and MoE 20 Dhs by taxi. 20 mins to Downtown Dubai.
