Been in Dubai for 30 yrs and by far the worst experience.Pros - Cosmetics 4 stars , maintenance prompt, lay out good, underground parking.Cons - quality of the building very very poor, a/c either hot or extreme cold, internet connectivity very poor, FAB management atrocious ( maybe just the lady assigned to me ) ZERO communication skills and lack of organisation.Refund of my deposit, not even gonna bother.2 stars only for Allowing me to stay past my contract on a daily rate rather than a 2month rent fine.

AC Free building. Semi Open Kitchen in all apartments. All apartments have balcony also. Studio, 1bhk and 2bhk available

Home sweet home.

Compared to Al Rimal residence block B, the block A layout is larger and functional but still not impressed. Old style built. Facilities provides such as gym room, swimming pool, kids pool. Plenty of parking for residence. Good security. Pricey compared with the market and other buildings in this area. Lowest floors are started by 53k and raised up to 57k for high floor include the chiller. Easy to access to main road but quite distance to metro station.

Worst place to live. Only the buildings look good, but it has poor management and maintenance. Delays n no responses. No value for the tenants.
