Chiller free and most demandable building in the area due to its sizes and space

The sound of the chiller at the roof is too loud and it can keep you awake. No action from building management to fix this noise pollution.

Please do not shift here. While the building amenities and layout is very good, most apartments have a drain smell coming from the bedroom vents. Maintenence company has informed that nothing can be done since it is a flaw with the building itself.

Living here for last 3 years. Its actually a good apartment with above average finish compared to many junk apartments in JVC. However, there are some quality issues such as leaky roof if you are living below the swimming pool. Courtyard can be maintained much better. Swimming pool is not operating for very long time and is not heated either. Rooftop area is good for families to spend a bit of time in fresh air. Security guards are good and fdiendly. 😊

This building is built in the cheapest way possible, i hear every traffic every move upstairs or in the hallway, it smells either fish or curry all the time, smells come inside the apartment, management is extremely rude and uncooperative, oh and i shudnt forget the damn fire alarm that goes on almost everyday for no reason .. its the worst apartment i have ever been in .. dont be fooled by the outlook

Very spacious apartments. 1 BR has a maid room. Also it has very nice finishing. Im very happy living here.

Building is fine, however the management is just after the money. There is no standard price, whoever pays more gets attention otherwise you will suffer here

I just moved in. It’s clean,quiet and really spacious. The developers have done an outstanding job. I highly recommend.

Just occupied the 1BHK in Laya. There were lot of defects which included AC and Gas meter is primary issue which told developer to fix it since then no response on calls,text and email almost 2 weeks now.Such a worst behavior and un-proffessional developer.

Very neat well maintained cosy apartment. The layout is very spacious with study room and extra washroom with shower. Very near to schools in Jvc like JSS and Gems Founders. Very near to Choithram, mmi, Medical Center and Pharmacy.

Luxurious apartment and peaceful place. Huge 1 BHK and 2 BHK. Security and management is very good. I would recommend people to look for this community if you are planning to move in to JVC. There is own community chiller and good amenities.

Very poor quality of the building. In less than a year I had all imaginable issues.... nothing but trouble - and this while the building was still in warranty (1st year).
