We stayed in room 1803 and the receptionist (Asian lady) made our 1 week stay very unpleasant. She was very rude and abrupt. The first time we approached her asking how to access the swimming pool/gym she told us that our keycard does not have that access as we are long time guest and it’s only for short stay, even though it says on the website we are entitled to it. We figured out where it was located and our card indeed worked. Our wifi dropped, we asked her how to fix it. She replied by saying she doesn’t work here and she’s apart of another company and can’t come into the rooms (even though we saw here walk out of another room). We asked her if she could call us a maxi taxi as their was a lot of us with a baby, she told us she can but there’s no point because it takes to long and to walk on the street to find one. I have never come across someone that is that rude and she definitely should not be working as a receptionist if she’s not going to help and argue with guests and Claim that she is not the receptionist.

I stayed in appartment 803 it was great and wonderful view exactly front of khaleefa tower and dubai fountain ...Amazing place

Wonderful place to be after retirement. Worth 9million AED apartment facing Burj Khalifa.
