Worst and irresponsible maintenance ruining a beautiful building. The fixtures and fittings are good quality but the maintenance is so bad we have leaky roofs, smelly corridors and cockroach infested garbage disposal. Even worse that maintenance team is available ONLY for emergency maintenance and even that is below par response and performance.Shows the unprofessional etiquette of SBK.

Good residential building. Well maintained. Spacious apartments with little balcony. Good quality doors and other materials inside the apartment. Access is from an internal road crossing rta registration center and exit is longer distance to the main road.
