They dont return the deposit, I have been waiting for over 6 months now first they said they are changing the real estate for 3 months and now they are not returning at all every time I call Ahmad from Kashwani estate says they will get back to us next week and he never does. Its so bad that these real estate companies are doing things like this.

Great building, one of the premium property in the block. Amazing facilities. Loved the gym over there, two separate section for cardio and weights.

The line staff of the building runs the place, GYM is given but never opened. Security staff behaves in a very rudely manner. Wanted to use the Gym at 6:00 AM, security staff informed it only opens by 7:00 AM. Went at 7:00 AM, The same guy mentioned you have to take the key and open it and then after use give it back, I felt I was working for him. In this case what difference does it make if the tenants use the GYM by 6:00 AM if they have to use it in the same manner. Does not recommend this building for any future stay. Maintenance wise least maintained building, HVAC not being maintained since last 3 years of my stay.

Worst building in UNITED ARAB EMIRATES.. filled with cockroach.. unclean.. built with the worst raw materials.. complete smell goes from an apartment to another.. you know what are your neighbours cooking and you would received the worst smells ever.. we worke up due to that smell.. worst insulation materials used.. you know whwn your neighbours go to pee, poo or take shower and hear them while talking in their room or bathrooms.. and after you sign that you agree on their terms and conditions as A FAMILY BUILDING.. you find yourself in a camp.. all UAE Supermarket delivery boys, cleaning services, restaurant boys and bar tenders even from ibn batutta hotels are YOUR NEIGHBOURS.. sometimes they use wooden pieces or chairs to fight at 2 or 3 am!!! kitchen is the worst part of it.. you hear cutting of beef or maybe trading peoples organs 24/7 even we have never opened our kitchen window due to harmful smell we have.. they are not able to release that smell due to ppl in 8th floor are annoyed from the exhaust extracting smell fan as its location in wrongly designed and its wrongly placed.. i have mentioned what i do remember ONLY.. you buy a tent and leave peacefully inside is much much better than spending your money in this jail/camp
