Only good thing about this place is layout of some apartments and building management. Apart from that, It is badly sound insulated. Can you imagine FROM the 12th floor you hear EVERYTHING - and still very loud - ALL the cars, motorbikes, beeping, cars driving off loud NON-STOP 24/7 even with all windows and balconies closed. And you hear even your neighbors through the walls talking even when they r speaking at normal tones. Couldnt take it any longer n paid the 1 month penalty and moved out after 7months of being here. Wanted to leave sooner but the contract says 3months notice period and we had the worst uncooperative landlord so had to stay the extra 3 months, thats why ended up here 7months in total! If you want peace and quiet AVOID this place at all costs. You will regret it and never have a decent sleep and rest day or night!!!

Dont fall for the cheap price - Everything is wrong about this building see below:- The walls between apartments are so light, you will feel like your neighbors are sitting next to you and you will be able to listen to their conversations or watch TV with them (or even listen to noises at night...!)- Cameras installed in the building are not working, my car is full of scratches and I cant even complain to the police due to no evidence- The corridors outside the apartment smell so bad because of the trash room not maintained well- Maintenance Team is so poor, if you ever face an issue, it will probably linger for so long with a lot of back and forth with them...Good luck next tenants

Renting this building from last 2 year it’s smooth going through so far.

Not maintained well , poor quality and specially Owners are cheaters there. Don’t fall for less rents , neither owner or brokers are trustworthy there

Very bad security personnel and horrible management. No security cameras around the Building or parking so anyone could hit your car and leave. No exhaust fans in bathrooms. Walls are so poorly constructed that even small sounds from other apartments could hear. Even if you address this to the Building managers they dont do anything to help.. I dont recommend anyone to move here

A decent building with nice neighbours. Still there is room for improvement but overall better than most of the buildings in sports city.

Not recommended, cheap price comes with reason, cockroaches are every where, will hate your life for it, management dont do anything for this, Sec be ready to hear your neighbor talking, tv and so on, if they fight or speak loud you will feel that its happening inside your apartment

Worst flat ever. !! Dont shift here. Biggest problem is A/c to much sound. The real eastate gusy didnt do any maintenance before handing over. All washroom door are broken. Kitchen sink leaking. Washing machine pipe not working. Its hell here.

Do not move into this building!!! Moved here about 6 months and had to call pest control in twice within less than 2 months. Cockroaches are EVERYWHERE in the hallway and make their way into the apartment via cracks in the cupboard, the front door and pipes. Everyday I come out of my apartment, I am running around with bug spray killing at least 4/5 that are just chilling in the hallway. The whole building needs to be tented.🤮

Who are you people giving high rating to this building?!🙄 building management?!!!!!’ The building still doesn’t have a pool and gym ..... and if you are moving soon , they will tell you that pool will be opened “next month”. NOOOOOOOO, they told me the same last year ! And now it’s still far from being opened !!!! Lifts don’t work property, lots of maintenance issues every day. I have huge cockroaches in my bathroom , after pest control!!!!!!!!! Super super super bad, don’t believe any good comments!!!!!!!! The only good thing about this building is location - direct access to the hessa road.

Very very bad building this is my 10th month here ... If you are planing to move here, just dont !! ...1. Super bad management, they are just bunch of liers, from day one they told me that the pool and the gym will open next month, and nothing happen till now.2. Poor maintainance, my heater was leaking I informed the maintainance guys about it, they came after 3 months

Really bad building. Been living here for last 11 month and maintenance problems never end. Fire alarm every day, bad smell from AC, no pool, no gym, leakages in washrooms, cockroaches are chilling all over despite several pest controls. AC Thermostat in my apartment didn’t work properly and they changed it twice, but it’s still not working, because they don’t buy new, they take from empty apartments same broken thermostat.Management office works until 3 pm and not reachable by phone. Security refuses to give managers mobile number. Super bad!!!!
