Customer service is really bad and very unprofessional whether it’s calling directly Damac or the FM Office! They do not prioritize customer satisfaction and are rude too. I did not expect this kind of service from Damac honestly, extremely disappointed!

Hi I also bought a studio apartment in Celestia. Initially whenever i asked them for compensation they always said dont worry sir u will get it on time of handover and now they said different stories. Some agent said we r on time and some said compensation is equal to nothing. I wonder if we all have this problem cant we collectively submit an application to Dubai Land ?By the way they told me that the project is moved to Residential and if customer agrees to residential then they handover otherwise they dont.I may receive in coming days receipts to submit rest of my payment so guide me here people. We all are same in this so let me your thoughts and ideas.

Just like everybody else, I bought a unit in this project on the basis it’s hotel apartments and now they changed the project to residential!! Huge drop in unit price in the market! What a loss of investment!

Waiting for handover since 2019 march.Damac has no answer on it... the customer care team is well trained to tell stories🤬I trust #UAE LAW hopefully all the investors will get thier right.

They change hotel project in normal residents and the value now is 50% of our price. Project is teo uear later and they dont pay back nothing, really bad !!

Can’t imagine you will locate place like that in this area, amazing.They used the coral to build up the old houses there. Worth to stop and take some good photos when you pass by

We really wonder how #DAMAC Properties continues to do business in #Dubai? They are cheating their customers with delays in contractual commitments and promises not fullfilled.

Project was suppose to be handed over on early 2019 nothing until now and Damac is trying to scam all owners by convening all to agree on changeling the unit type fro hotel or furnished to residential even though people paid for a specific type of unit a much higher price shame on you Damac this what destroys the repetition of such a beautiful city like Dubai

Still waiting for handover... 5 years later!Damac are very quick to take our money but very slow to give the customer their rights.

Celestia Serviced Hotel apartments..This is going to be a landmark project in DWC once it is commissioned. You can have best quality apartments at very reasonable price..from the well known developer DAMAC.

The proverb said, Ask a fitter and do not ask a doctor. Unfortunately, I tried the company and bought in the same project Celestia according to promises, dreams and returns on investment up to 20 per cent since 2014 until now. We have not received the unit. Delaying more than 4 years. To the residents, most of the landlords rejection and the method of winding and turnover from the company’s management did not exist, and now they are asking the property to pay the taxes despite their late 2016 delivery date. We do not advise dealing with DAMAC due to the many problems and not responding to the demands of the clients, repentance from them and we ask God Almighty to support us and restore our stolen rights through the sheikhs of the UAE and the strict laws in the country.

Luxury hotel apartments have been converted into ordinary residential apartments with a loss of investment of approximately 50% ... I invest there and now I lose 50%, bec6they change from luxury hotel apartments to normal residential apartments.

Unfortunately my experience is that the company breached the purchase contract that was sold on the basis that the building is hotel apartments and now it has been converted into regular apartments, which affected the value of the property and caused us as investors great losses in excess of 50% in addition to that the delivery date was delayed by more than two and a half years

Too bad there is no credibility
