It is a good building and the flats are very spacious and decently priced and also has a beautiful view outside of the main road..

A really bad smell is coming from the kitchen and from the bathroom and nobody took care about it we complain many times. Also the windows are not In really good condition, during the construction outside we heard every morning excluding Fridays the machines and everything which is happening under that constructions which was very noisy. And on top of that almost every week the fire alarm come in the morning at 8 AM especially on fridays which was horrible because it was weekend. The maintenance of this building is very bad, the kitchen looked used and the cupboards in the kitchen was broken since we come in. After 8 month we saw cockroach in the kitchen which come I guess from the garbage from the first floor which was also smelling every time when we was passing it. Also for that amount we paid on rent we could find something cheaper and nicer in a better maintenance or even new building in al Warqa.One good thing on this apartment is you need only 12 minutes to the airport by car and the apartment is famous in the most supermarket in al warqa 1 which makes it easier for delivery’s but unfortunately that’s it.

Building is as much as possible kept to fill tenants needs and requirements. might most complaint about cockroaches but regardless landlord provide pest control several times, if theres no self discipline come from people living and throwing garbage inappropriate pest control will be useless.

The new management of the building is very bad.They aim to make the landlord leave the apartment and earn a new landlord in order to get a commission from the new landlord.The building needs more attention.

Find a building in Al Warqa and deserve housing without the need and services zerorrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
