The building security is good. The place is clean and there isnt of people hanging around in the lobby.The reant is reasonable. This area has access to publoc transport and near a City Centre

Good place but the AC is empower so expect to have a huge bills

I stayed in IMPZ for almost 2 years. The building security guards are extremely rude and manner less. The parking service is terrible, you will always waste time to enter the parking.They block the access cards without any warnings.

Like the building but THEY NEVER CLEAN WINDOWS so the view is quite dirty!

Nice area to live. Nearby mall and a peaceful community. However no Metro connectivity.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Damac team and the security team at lakeside tower BToday morning we had a fire alarm and I woke up my wife so that we run downstairs due to the fire alarm I thought something bad had happened so I asked her to get up and we run downstairs to see what had happened so moved from the 22nd floor to the ground floor were my wife lost control due to her condition because she is pregnant. So we got the ambulance that rushed her to the hospital. I would like to thank the Damac team and security that took responsibility to come to NMC hospital to check on us and even came home now to deliver to us some gifts and flowers. My wife will be okay we are now out of the hospital but thank u so much Damac team, Thank u so much security at lakeside tower, And thanks to Dubai ambulance God bless u so much

I was there for playing Tennis with my friend. Tennis court is good. I like the area and location as well

A peaceful place to stay

The place itself is quite nice, even though quite far from the metro and the centre. However the main drawback is related to the staff. In fact, when I asked to play tennis they took forever to give me the key without any apparent reason. In the morning I have also expressely asked if it could have been a problem to play again with my sister. in the afternnon. The guy replied that courts are always empty and it could have not be a problem. Instead in the afternoon gave me another answer and I could not play with my sister( despite the fact that that the court was empty). Unskilled and mediocre staff. In other words if you have an issue do not expect them to solve it. Very disappointing experience.

Very bad location. Parking is completely insufficient. In building can come everyone. Not impressed by building maintenance

Seems like millions of people stay there and no place to park.

Bad management, building full of cockroach, bad parking design,its only few centimeters from your car to hit the wall when you enter the parking, and the parking humps !! maan its too high and breaking your car every day even if you drive almost at zero speed !!, too often you will see a long car queue because of one car stuck at the gate because the management blocked his or her access card without any notice !!

No visitor paeking

All the time the elevator is not working, The AC in the common area is very low compare to the weather, The parking is very narrow and dark, The barrier of the parking sometimes stop working that cause traffic in the parking of the building.
