You need to have your own car or else RTA bus route is quite long,Going on to the detailed things, especially quoting this for families and othersRude and unprofessional security staff. They don’t even speak English properly. One of my friend say about his bad experience. He was sitting on the swing with his wife, they were not playing rather than just sit and talk with each other after the dinner. One of the security person, not mentioning his name. He came and told them that is not allowed to sit on the swing. That is only for kids They accept that as he was saying a good thing, then they left the swing and he stop and asked again that where they stay in ritaj staying in Ritaj. He said, yes I am ritaj residents and staying at A block. Then he rudely told him that, area only for families and we cannot sit or use. He showed both of them to go to A block side with his hand by rude way! I prefer to take management attention for this kind of situations. He also report and inform direct to ritaj management as well and did not get a response from them. Really bad thing

Swimming pool in block E was closed in June 2021 due to violation of municipality rules. Till today 26 August it is not opened. The heater in the Swimming pool in block F is not working, the water is boiling. The management is not cooperative at all. In addition, cleaning services and security quality has declined very badly since covid19. Pest control is not under control at all. Ritaj services from bad to worse to worst.

Iam resident here on E Block, it used to a nice well maintained residential place but of late the maintenance of amenities is just terrible.Of the 4 swimming pools available 2 pools are not usable E pool is closed and F pool the temp control is broken dowm for months now. In summer time the pool water is boiling hot.The gym a/c has been broken for a year now without any signs of interest from the management to repair it.We moved here for the amenities but if they are unusable and in such poor condition, whats the point of staying here.

It was nice. Then became bad. Now is worse. Its overly crowded. Feels unsafe (is safe though, havent heard of any instance).Covid restrictions not followed at all..

I am currently living in this community. Before renting an apartment in this community please make sure you are not surrounded with bachelors. Because I am surrounded with bachelors, the worst part is that my corridor is filled with stinking cigarette smoke 24 X 7. These bachelors smokes in the corridor and also inside their room and the smoke peeps out of their doorway to the common corridor and also to my apartment. I have kids at home which makes me concerned and i made several complaints to the management and to the security officials (security officials has to be mentioned for their rude attitude) no actions till this date. We are counting days to finish our tenure and to vacate the apartment before getting sick.

Very poor management.Bachelors in family buildings.Kids playing in the corridors at late hours of the evening.Also the management has not enforced regulations from DHA on COVID-19, alot of residents walking around the common areas and in the elevators without masks. The security has not enforced this strictly.

I came to Ritaj four and half years back. It’s just a quiet and beautiful place to live. Bit greenery all over with pleasant living atmosphere. Lacking of a decent restaurant and gaming activities. Inmates with there own vehicles find this place more convenient than people who depend on public transportation. Definitely a great place to live calmly 👍👍👍

Oh a beautiful view, monthly water deliveries and a playground for little kids! through all my houses i think that Ritaj DIP is a great location to live inEdit: Tons of people (Mostly Grade 3 kids ) are not following precautions of COVID 19 rules, literally no child there is wearing a mask, the only thing that has a mask is the ground.

The parking is major issue. The parking blocks are horribly design. Drive ways are very small. And I got parking spot in 5th floor which takes so much time to get to the spot. And after that you have to walk so much just to reach ur apartment. Design failure.Second part isSecurity personnel are very unprofessional.Security is one the worst ever seen. Very biased. No proper rule and regulations they have. Sometimes they say you cant park here but would take money as bribe to let other tenants park.

False fire alarm almost every day (and sometimes night), the fitness facilities cost a fee (unique in Dubai).Very sloppy maintenance: smelly and dirty garbage room, cockroach problem, etc.Only one parking for 2 B/R apartments and no place to park outside.All in all not worth the price!

The 3 bed room apartment I visited was very big and specious. Overall The complex is also very organised and lively

Worst experience ever, constant fire alarm, security guys are the most annoying, all they do is bug people around, instead of helping and being nice. This family community is literally turning into a labor camp, as many tenants made this place a sharing hub. I will never rent there again, however I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND Dunes village, just next to Ritaj, much cleaner and security staff much more professional, check for yourself

Ritaj is very quite and family oriented community, pleasant living place and has many Gym, swimming pools adults/kids , 24/7 supermark, barbershop, clinic and pharmacy, easy access to 311 and 611 highways

I have been living here for 1 year now. like this place. Very quiet and peaceful. They have gym , pool in each block and children park.overall experience is good only issue is the fire alarm that can turn on anytime of the day. But it has reduced these days as compared to before.I live in block G and have never experienced any issues with maintenance or cleanliness. The 2 bhk flat is bigger compared to most of the apartments available in dubai for the rent we pay.

Best labor camp in town (not suitable for families) .Alot of sharing accomedations without any action by managment Reply (we cant Do anything) . More than 8 people live in 1 br flat imagine how noisy , dirty it would be . No cleaning in coridors ,lifts . cockroaches everywhere . Chiller bill is overpriced . no control over the parking and no cameras , non residence park inside without any monitor . managment not responsible for any damage to your car . complains are not taken seriously .

It is decent place to live if your working in the that area.Expensive if you compare it to other areas in DubaiYou need to review the contract and to reserve decent parking lot for your car before you sign the contract.also, they have an issue with Fire Alarm, it is randomly running

Highly unprofessional Security Staff. They do not know how to talk to Tenants. They are constantly annoying people around. I was asked to not sit on a bench of my apartment building, apparently for no reason. The rule was i cannot sit on the bench but can stand next to it or walk in that area, When asked about the reason the guard told me just go to management office for permission.

Good community in DIP

Building does not look like the official promotion photos! I visited the building as I was looking to invest in a property and was shocked at how different it was to the public pics. The paint was peeling off and there cracks on the building walls. Reaching Ritaj was also not the most pleasant experience since there are a lot of sand roads nearby. The complex is surrounded by labour accommodation camps which to me, as a woman, was a bit intimidating since there were a lot of stares. The owner wanted 900k AED on a two bedroom flat, definitely think there are beter located and maintained options in Dubai for that price range. Would definitely encourage a visit before moving in or investing in this place.

Good points: Nice place, calm and green. Far if you dont live in the area.Bad point: Bad maintenance and very expensive.Been calling maintenance for the last past 3 months for cockroach problem in corridor and garbage chute and nothing has been made till now.

Best accomodation but no place to play any games except pool that too lot of restrictions . Ritaj should build Badminton court , and place for cricket otherwise people will never come

Very bad place to live in. if you call the for some thing to be repaired it take three- four weeks for some one to bother to look at your problem. I have the following issues with the management team and it toke for ever to be solved.1) Bathrooms in master bedroom for the past 9 moths I cant use it2) kids bathrooms it tokes 3 weeks to be fix (water is running on all time in).3) TV Satellite, for the past nine months they have fix it 6 time and every time it takes week for some to reply or respond. now the satellite has been broken for the past 3 weeks with no reply at all from the management or the service team.I am staying in G block

I had worked as electrician this is my last working site in DUBAI because l fell ill and my company not paid any thing. govt proved medically unfit and put life band DUBAI good but govt very bad.robust contracting l.l.c

Small community with gym parking pool and small park. Downside it that they dont have any sports area and court

Deserves 5/ but remember 2 things for new comers:1- if you dont have a car this is not suitable place for you2- need to negotiate the contractApart, I like it especially its close to our school Nibras

Calm and peace residencial appartments

RITAJ is one of the best communities in Dubai. I live here for past 3 years & its really very nice as it is free from noise. All the facilities are available in RITAJ like Gymnasium, swimming pool, play ground for children and seperate parking for each flats. Enjoying living here.

You will enjoy the calm and green place to live...If you have a car!

Bice compound, apartment very spacious, with kids,gym, pool facilities..the only downside is that its toooo far..

While it is a nice and serene place, serenity gets ruined by the endless false alarms. I dont live there anymore but I did enjoy my time while it lasted. It was very calm on weekends and the gym was convenient given its size. It has a decently sized supermarket which is great in case youre too lazy to drive.Pros: Calm, gated, lots of parking, pools, trees, gym, a relatively close gas station.Cons: Too far (if you work in Media City or DownTown and you dont have a car yet, it is pure torture) false alarms, cleanliness, maintenance, roads leading to the compound are full of trucks.Advice for people already there thinking about moving or wanting to live there short term: Mamagement wont allow you to transport your furniture unless you provide them with DEWA final bill and EMICOOL final bill. So put that in mind when you call transport companies etc. DEWA is fast, EMICOOL take 5 days or maybe less (in my case it was 5).

Too much congested area

Its the 6th year to me in Ritaj- DIP 2 in Dubai. Its just an amazing compound to live with all facilities and amenities . I LIKE IT SO MUCH

Looks like the Website from Ritaj works in the same way like the Fire Alarm. NON!Sometimes twice per Night the Alarm starts and its even blaring in my bedroom.....Is not nice when people spend a lot of money for rent an apartment and the Fire Alarm is not proper working.Think about there is a real Fire and no one take care because everyone thinks the Alarm isnt working............Its a bad feeling!

The place is too far for everything. It is like a province and is very expensive.Not a good place to live if you do not have a car.. You need to walk very far if you need to see a Bus. Also very tight development layout.
