So far so good, 1 minute drive to Mohammed Bin Zaid Road....metro near by, green community near by, to have walk in the park, mosque is walking distance...... very specious compared to other buildings in the area. Price wise, way cheaper than Golden Sands building and even more specious..... maintenance guy comes almost immediately for maintenance, cleaning in the building is done on daily basis. Parking though, is a bit dirty and needs deep cleaning at least twice a year. Value for money, it’s the best choice in DIP

Themaar is a family building appartment,There is underground parking.2nd access for wheel entrance in Themaar building.

It’s in Dubai investment park. Opposition of Nmc hospital. Nearby metro construction is going on so once metro is ready it will be quite accessible. Two big swimming pool with gym facilities. Community are of mixed national. Pets are allowed. Maintenance is good. Dedicated single parking is available.

Peaceful area

Dirty, depreciated, walls and floor and moist, insicts problems, management is un-cooperative, construction next door, no maintenance, bad smell in the parking, pool is not fit almost around the year!
