Excellent location, with easy access to all main roads. 7mnts to airport, 3mnts downtown, 10minutes mall of emirates. No traffic jams AT ALL. All walls and floors are marble finishes, building is well maintained and apartments are spacious. Closed kitchen prevents cooking odors from dissipating across entire apartment. Panoramic views and excellent access to natural day light.

Best location with easy access to all main roads. Enjoying living in the building, best facilities of gym, pool and kids play area.

Building is in very good location, however there is a BIG CONSTRUCTION FAILS in flats layout. There is a huge pillar in one of the corners of the hall & bedroom in 1BHK unit, which makes the flat very asymmetrical. You will never be able to settle your furniture in a proper way neither in hall nor in the bedroom.

Location is good! It is a well-connected building being in Business Bay. Views are good. I personally like the end units that run across the width of the building and have views to Burj Khalifa as well as Al Khail Road.

The building is a proper mess. Im staying there for almost 2 years and I cant wait to go out from there. Amanager by name Yossef or whatever is his name is the most disrespectful and impolite Person ever.

New building in nice area,with good facilities management,also in high floors have very nice views, easy enter and exit to Al Khail road, Dubai mall,Sheikh Zayed road and actually for any directions,only one minus its construction around

I had severe mould in the kitchen wall and bedroom cupboard wall - so bad that I then had an infestation of mould mites. I had to move out and cancel my tenancy, and I had just bought new furniture. Avoid this place!

FIRE ALARM!!!!!!!!!! it is on all the time day and night!!!

Alarm system is a disaster, will ring day and night .Security not always able to switch it off.

Poor building management

Perfect location to rent an apartment. Nice building and quiet. Definitely recommendable.
