Nice and well maintained building. Good lawn area with security round the clock.Location is prime as just a few mins walking from NMC and Zulekha hospitals, supermarkets and other amenities.RTA bus stop is just at the entrance of this building. Mosque opposite to it. Overall a good building preferable for families.

Building is very good and the maintenance but the 2nd floor is too noisy with too much screaming in the corridor. If the noise can be stopped then thud building is good to stay.

I am staying in this building Jaber Tower; from over two years and I am really very much satisfied.It really feels like a Home to stay.

Residential Building

Gym is open now and I will update as necessary. Excellent one year old building with pool and decent lobby.After 3 months, gym and pool faculties are still enjoyed. Excellent location

Very buitiful building

New apartment building but the workmanship is very poor. House quality is bad. And until now, the gym is not ready. Even-though it was promised since the beginning of the contract. Its very difficult to contact the building management to ask about this. Always never comeback to you when contacted. The aircond in the corridor inside the building was never switched on, the parking underneath the aircond compressor is leaking.. and complain never entertained.. 😱😱😱
