Fantastic central location!

Booked an apartment via vrbo/homeaway/airbnb. Massive rooms. Clean bathrooms. Well maintained. More than adequate furnishing and equpment and loaded with clean kitchen utensils and amenities.Great view of the marina, beach and the sky dive airstrip and sky divers during day.Grocery stores right below with free delivery.Gym, pool and parking facilities available.

Its kind of okey building , location is nice but its a bit far from tram and metro, in summer difficult to walk till tram station. Gym has lots of broken machines and water in swimming pool is always too cold. I would not live here forever, few months were enough.

Beautiful part of town, beach very close, 10 min on foot. Metro 15 minutes on foot, very well connected with other parts of the city. The hotel staff is kind and very helpful. Below the building are a grocery store and supermarket that operates 24/7. A wonderful stay experience.

Located a few minutes walk from JBR. It has a cozy swimming pool. Nearby markets and pharmacies as well as restaurants.
