Constructed probably around 2005- 2006, and the age is not shown as it is maintained well by Al Wasl.The building has problems due to cheap construction.1) The wall paint always peels out due to the salt in the wall.2) The plumbing fittings are not great.3) The balcony gets flooded during rain, due to blocks in the drain.Neighbours are good.All parkings are not the same some are horrible and some are amazing. if you have the good parking, people would want to take your parking.But in spite of all the above mentioned problems, Wasl takes care of all of the above problems- Old Tenant
