Poor management company. A/c is always not working properly (not going below 27 in the night time) and water leaking every week. Send hundreds of email for maintenance. However, no respond from the maintenance and management company. Attached pictures for your reference

Lovely place for home. easy access to E44 and E11. Only theres road construction at the moment and its so crowded. hope this will end soon.

New residential CCTV covered Building. Big balconies. Two passenger elevators. Just opposite to Belhasa Driving Center. The road to the building is not carpeted. One side is facing al khail road and dubai skyline including burj al khalifa. Westzone super market is located at the same building. Free parking is available infront of building.
