NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILIES! Too many loud parties, the management of the building doesn’t do anything to control the noice ... all the time we need to involve the police

I moved to this building one month a go.So far everything is perfect..Lovely environment, nice neighbouring, building well maintained, and there is very good cleaning company coming to this building.Magnolia Cleaning Services.

The only reason I am not buying an apartment at Pantheon Boulevard is because I already got one before I got to know of this wonderful project---this of course I regret. But because it is worth the investment and every element of the building is geared towards giving your family a comfortable lifestyle while integrating leisure and fitness, I recommended it to my brother and other relatives. Not to mention the exceptional exteriors which really give it the European feel.

I am from Spain myself and I can honestly tell that this project captures the elegance and sophistication of Spanish architecture! But its not only the outside that gives me awe. The interiors are equally fantastic with enough space to do the things you love!

I just booked a viewing last week and I am now talking with my husband about purchasing a 1 BR unit. Although I can see that the design was meticulously executed, its the integration of leisure, health, and fitness that really got me. Of course, you dont just want to live, but also to live THE LIFE. Two thumbs up for this project!

Pantheon Boulevard is an affordable property in JVC community. The apartments are spacious. What was striking was the rooftop swimming pool with a beautiful skyline view of Dubai. I would recommend anyone who is interested as of now in a freehold property in South Dubai area to consider Pantheon Boulevard JVC.

The rooftop pool was pretty amazing! And went I went there to check the apartments, they were way more spacious than all other apartments in Dubai. Value for the money! Plus its easily accessible.

In my personal opinion, this is the best residential building in JVC. Ive been from one apartment to another all through these years, and they were all nice only to make you shell out money. But Pantheon Boulevard is different as they treat people like family, even after theyve already bought a unit. They look after you and your familys needs.

Loud parties, the security is useless most of the times, not for families, AVOID

Rooms are spacious, living area is spacious, kitchen area is spacious--they have space for anything you want to do! And this is what I personally like about Pantheon Boulevard. My family is growing and we need to make sure that the home we are getting has all the features for me to build a wonderful family. Whatever they said was true--its value for the money!

Ive never seen a residence as gorgeous as this. When you pass by JVC, you will notice its artistic design. Also heard from a friend that the amenities are awesome.

The guy from Pantheon Boulevard offered me an excellent payment plan which I was immediately interested with! Just ask them, you only pay a certain percent then you can immediately move in! :)

Balconies are spacious! If you are someone who wants to enjoy your morning views or cups of coffee, Pantheon Boulevard is worth considering.

Pantheon boulevard is the best affordable housing JVC with a ready to move-in option. Our 1 BR apartment has an additional space that we can use as a maid room. Frankly, it is a 1.5 BR with two full bathroom and shower at such an unbelievable price. Every apartment has its own balcony. The roof-top temperature-controlled swimming pool is also fully operational. The building is equipped with elevators for the people with special needs as well as a state-of-the-art gymnasium for all. We haven’t had the slightest issue with anything regarding the property. The sales team was very helpful and knowledgeable when we had gone for the viewing of the apartment. Our experience with Pantheon Boulevard has been amazing and we look forward to spending happier moments in this place.

Most people like the fact that is very spacious. Personally, I like it because its close to Dubais major business districts as well as healthcare and educational facilities.

Each and Every step has been a struggle,with this developer.I wish if I had not bought here.Being an investor and having dealt with purchase processes in 3 countries, I struggled the most with this developer.Lesson: Go with the time tested !

Booked a viewing and the first thing I noticed was the well-designed exteriors. Kudos to the developers and I can see good fortune for the families who are living there.

I love this residential building! My cousin bought a unit here last year and he could never be more satisfied.

This residence in my opinion is perfect for starting and growing families. Why? Because they also focus on leisure, health, and fitness.

The first time I got to know of this project, I immediately got interested not only because of its style but also because of the space. I am the type of person who wants to host get-togethers and spend some bonding time with my family--so, SPACE is denitely a requirement for us. :)

The 1 bedroom that is as big as 2 bedroom is definitely value for the money.

Building is of good quality and space but poorly managed by Hoam and RootsLand properties companies. They are not able to perform daily operational activities accordingly impacting all residents.

Poor construction work, doesnt worth for the price, also heard from the current owners that they get a worst service from the developper and OA

Their 1 bedroom apartment also has a maids room and 2 bathrooms. Just wow!

Pantheon Boulevard is the embodiment of style and value. For 1 bedroom, you pay the average price for a 1 BR in Dubai, but you will get a space that is almost equivalent to two bedrooms!
