Love this place. Moved in a year ago and took a beautiful 4-bed with BK views! Nothing but enjoyment in Habtoor City. Great standard of apartment, utility bills about average price, floor to ceiling windows that let in plenty of light. Pool Deck is sensational and love the cafe for chilling with a drink after work.

I was very very very disappointed with the aftercare and consideration after the paperwork was completed for one year rent on a one bedroom apartment (paid in one cheque). I have been trying to reach out to the property management team regarding my renewal and concerns about the apartment. Emails from them have not addressed my request and when I visit office or call they promise to call back and they never do. Be cautious!

Lifts never working, the rudest reception staff I have ever come across the Philippino needs kicking out, the young Indian guy. Even with a handful of shopping do they OFFER open the electric doors for you they just enjoy getting paid to eat watch movies and listening to loud music with bad attitudes.This is the place for you if you like construction going on all night, fire alarms that dont work, floods, mould on walls, windows that never get cleaned, dog piss in the lifts, hookers, loud music from the clubs below.Im so glad I moved out of this place, dont make the mistake I made moving in.

Gorgeous apartments but the management is appalling, especially in the way they handled the COVID 19 pandemic. They went against government guidelines, refusing cleaners to enter the building even once lockdown had been lifted. Not everyone has time to clean all day, as many people still have full time jobs!! There is constant construction and noise throughout the night. The security staff is disgustingly untrained and rude. When you are not at home to receive a delivery, they do not let them leave it outside your apartment door or even at the reception. They are constantly watching movies and are on their phones.

The apartments look amazing, good planning...but all the excitement of living here disappears when you start actually living here. First, and most important, don’t be Fooled for what they promise you before you sign the tenancy contract. Even basic bonuses as: professional attitude, troley in the building, proper concierge services are absent. The common areas can stay dirty, unless someone complains. Some facilities are still under construction. I lived in Fairmont which is a hotel type apartment and in the Shorline, which is a basic type appartment and everywhere I was very happy with the building, stuff and services. Meera is positioning itself as the same level luxury living, but unfortunately it’s not even close! Please reconsider 90% of the stuff and improve basic services, such as luggage assistance, concierge and trolley. Maybe then tenants will stay there for the next year. The apparents are very nice though, it’s very sad that rude staff ruins all the experience.

The area is really nice as is the apartment. It’s one of the nicer looking apartments we have lived in. The apartments are spacious with good fittings. Unfortunately it stops there. Once you move in all the excitement goes away. We finally moved out as they had made so many promises which even after a year of us living there had not been met. We were told construction would be done in April but the building complex is still not complete. We were told the swimming pool and gym would open in April 2018 and it only opened in feb 2019. E were told there was concierge serve - this is not true. Concierge is meant to help you with your luggage, the door, offer to bring the roller. Instead they do none of that. The staff is extremely rude! They act more like bouncers rather than actually helping you. They refuse to open the door for you even if they see your struggling with 10 bags! They won’t let you get dropped off at the front entrance - only management that drives Lamborghini’s and rolls Royce are allowed to part their car at the front entrance. The parking lot is a nightmare. It’s filled with construction equipment and construction so your car is always dusty. We often found laborers sitting on our car and of course when we complained they did nothing. They blocked the ground floor parking only for Habtoor staff and management. I would more than 95% of the people living their are Habtoor school staff like teachers or real estate staff and they don’t pay rent so the management acts like this is staff accommodation where as some of us are playing extremely high and being treated extremely poorly!The AC in the apartment is another issues - it is sooo loud! It sounds like a generator. The ‘largest pool deck in the world’ and the ‘state of the art gym’ is just a laugh. The gym is terrible. It opened 2 weeks before we moved out and it’s like a room with a bunch of equipment thrown in. All you can see from the windows is garbage that they had piled up outside. Above the pool is the 3rd tower in the complex which is till under construction.There are lots of places to live in dubai and this one is definitely not worth it. I would say if you’re looking for something similar then go for an emaar building as they are amazing and their staff is so helpful
