Waterfront Promenade across artificially built lake,Also Yatch parked along,good place to spend evening and enjoy Dubai life.Many restaurants along the promenade also many activities,can do yatch ride or traditional Dhow cruise.Parking is a problem,better to park car in Marina Mall parking .Metro is better way to reach a small walk from Dubai marina metro station,can also changed to tram also from Dubai Marina station.Lots of instaworthy photo spots with Marina skyscrapers and yatch in background.

A great location for a long evening walk. Quiet and not too crowded on this side of Marina, and no one is trying to lure you to nearby restaurant (most of the times, at least). Great for jogging, especially during cooler months. A couple of exercise areas as well, which is great.

Marina Promenade offers great value for money – whether one chooses to buy or rent. The only thing to be concerned about is the pet-policy, this is because residents are not allowed to have pets anywhere in Marina Promenade. Apart from this, there is no dedicated parking for visitors, but this hurdle can be tackled by parking in one of the many paid-parking lots surrounding Dubai Marina.

A great place to live and rest !!! All nearby .... shops, cafes, and entertainment for children, and the beach ... Calm, relaxed atmosphere ... Its nice to be there ... and its even nicer to go back there))))

MArina promenade is a place where kids and adults can enjoy in their own way. There is a boating facility also. If you want the yatch facility to enjoy that also available. So many branded restaurants also there. Day and night you can enjoy beautiful view.

The building is quiet and suitable for families, but I hate the lack of interest of the administration in the appearance of the building from the inside or the outside, the building is very dark from the outside at night as if it is the housing of workers who turn off all the lights at night, and inside the corridors of the building the lighting is bad and low that tires the eyes and gives you a feeling of depression and the severity of the stinginess of the building management you will notice that the lights One works and the other does not work in the whole building, the rest of the buildings that I stayed in in Dubai are bright and luminous, giving you a feeling of joy and pleasure, not like this building, which is like a scene from a horror movie, especially car parkings which are very dim causing difficulty and danger in driving and seeing, it is very clear that the building management calculates dirhams before Spending it on building maintenance, in addition to the lack of trolleys/carts to load the residents belongings, they only have one destroyed and no one cares, the administration has failed in its austerity with this building.Also if you are a resident they gives you one parking key , If you ask for more they charge you 500 dirhams , And if you need extra car parking you will pay monthly 500+ dirhams amonth if you are lucky ..

One of the best buildings in Dubai. Very good management and maintenance, excellent pools, gyms etc. Clean modern building with AC included.Sometimes a little noisy on the weekends due to the young party crowd.

Excellent views while walking on the Promenade with one of the best buildings in Dubai. A lot of restaurants and pubs and also there are companies offering boat tours for 50 Euros per person with buffet and drinks which is amazing to do after sunset.

I loved that it is such a nice area to walk around with such a nice crowd all around. Its not too busy but isnt deserted too. Its also perfect to have a nice jog in the morning time.
