This is by far the best luxury residential building in Dubai in terms of the quality of the building, the premium finishes, the views and the 5-star hotel-standard residents facilities. Its also the best in terms of the impeccable level of service provided by the building owners, the building management team (led by the lovely and affable Mr. Sunny) and the amazing and hard-working concierge and front desk staff who look after the building and its tenants. Signature Developers, who own the building, are in my opinion by far the most professional and quality-oriented property developers in Dubai. Amazing attention to detail in the building finishes and the level of service provided. This is a managed residence so you can expect immediate and excellent service any time you need anything done at home. There is preventive maintenance regularly done to the air conditioning and the plumbing. Pest control is done throughout the year which means you will not even find a single insect in the building. The quality of the daily cleaning of all the floors and common areas is 5-star hotel quality. Your guests have the option to wait in the beautiful, spacious and elegant lobby but you can also meet them in one of the two beautiful lounges/meeting room available in the lobby with free tea/coffee service for your guests. All apartments come with fully functioning Smart Home systems which means you can turn on and off all the lights and air conditioning from an App on your phone. Other developers provide smart home ready apartments which means you have to pay extra to have the smart home working. But here everything is set up and ready to go. The room and lounge sizes are extremely generous and not the match-box size rooms commonly found in Dubai. The open-air outdoor swimming pool, the huge function/party room and the fully equipped gym are all maintained and looked after so that they are always immaculate and clean. Round the clock security means that you always feel safe. And of course the fact that you can step out of the elevator and walk 30 seconds to the 5-star Taj Hotel which is in the same building is an added convenience, with its restaurants and cafes. (The hotel has its completely separate entrance and lobby). The building also has the added advantage of free valet parking for your guests in the buildings huge basement and podium car park, so they wont spend time looking for a place to park. I have fond memories of the one year that I spent in the building before I had to move back to the UK. But if I come back to Dubai then I will definitely move into this building. I highly recommend it and if youre looking for a prestigious address with amazing views over Emirates Hills and the Marina, then this is the best you will find.

- I was second tenant in this building ... made a big mistake to go in this building. Just moved out of building after only ten months... multiple very bad experience. Paid 183,000/- AED for ten months for three bed. Big mistake!- In first week of rental, building manager opened door with out permission and entered our apartment with three other men. I told him to go out.- There are many construction / contractor workers working in building. Anyone can access any floor and apartment. There are no security card or restricted access.- There is a permanent semi transparent sticky material on floor tiles in all rooms and areas in apartment, which gives this apartment third class look. We kept on requesting building management they tried but it never came off.- When you walk on floor in living room and master bed, click click noise comes from window. Very scary. ...21st floor. Couldn’t sleep properly in multiple nights. Reported this to poor management but nothing happened.- There is a pump in corridor ceiling in apartment. When you turn on hot water the pump starts and make loud noise. It is so loud that it can be heard across the whole floor in corridor near elevator.- On the first day we found excrement of rat kitchen on kitchen cabinet’s top. When I told front desk she denied it.- Security was 9,500 dirham. Out which they have kept 4,000/-. The contractor which came to do assessment of apartment for work is a extremely unreasonable. May God have mercy on him. He was charging money for a pin dot on light switch of living room. He was charging me for sticky semi transparent material on floor, which was by constructors. He is charging me for ( why window handle in kids room is moving smoothly). Unbelievable lengthy list which is ruthless, cunning, carelessness, indifference, rude.- In gym they have elliptical machine which makes very uncomfortable body position.- Drain hole in master bed is very small and blocks every other day. Maintenance were able to unblock with rod only once. Rest of months we managed with pain.- water always comes of out shower in toilet. Makes it wet and dirty. Bad design.- Many time found pets in elevator- My recommendation which learned hard way... don’t make mistake to go in this building. There are many other better places in Dubai.
