A good neat and clean buildingNice to live for hustlers since its got lots of spa and massage parlors around it.but not too good for family people.Got a free gym and pool as well.with nearly all services nearby e.g hospital bus stops malls etc

No proper facilities as no pool gym, mostly things are broken in the building, poor maintenance, fire exists are blocked and very poor lighting.

A good location for housing, close to the emirate of Sharjah, located on several intersections, and its proximity to public transportation stops

The building is organized and clean and has a machine to charge and pack the cards and surrounded by many shops and a close proximity to the garden of Al-Nahda for hiking.
