Great location ( very close to dubai marina mall , the walk & JBR ) , most services , restaurants , metro are very close. Excellent security measures st bldg reception, well maintained and great management.

We stayed in this apartment block in an Airbnb. The location is great, near the metro/tram, Marina Mall, JBR etc. The building is well maintained and the security guards are helpful. There is a swimming pool and gym available for tenants and guests.

Became an old building, location is fine near to Marina mall, JBR the beach and transportation such as metro and tram

NOISY ALLL THE TIME. Even in the middle of the night. WEIRD SMELL FROM THE DRIAN. Apartments are all tiny as well.But the worst part goes to the building management. THEY SIMPLE DONT Care!!!!!!

Easy walk to Marina Mall, Marina Mall Marine Station & right between the two tram stations.

I live in it from the day it was opened; it’s better not to find a building in Dubai. Everything is clean, cultural and family friendly. In elevators, few people intersect due to a well-thought-out call system.
