Building is a bit old but Management and staff are extremely helpful ,especially Mr.Amin who is a thorough gentleman ready to go to any extend to help you.no complaintsHighly recommend DRMurad building.

I lived there for a year.Nice building, very good surrounding and amenities.

This building was one of the best in the area when it was managed by the previous real estate company. But since Home Plus Properties took over and started managing the building, it became the worst.I lived here for 7 years and was happy until Home Plus came few years back, I moved out last month as it was unbearable to stay. The building is old, and needs real maintenance and attention, but instead, they save as much as possible at the tenants cost. Very greedy, unprofessional at all levels, extremely low standards, with no ethics.Few things to list:-No real maintenance, no real solution to the problem. Just repainting, cleaning damaged parts, and duct taping stuff together. 90% of the time, the office will not approve broken parts to be replaced, because it will cost them money!.. even if the AC is not functioning, mid of summer time!!!-Poor communication, false promises, and a waste of time and effort.-Very very very bad AC, struggling to cool, smells bad, dusty moist ducts with very old units on the roof. And on top of that, consumes a lot of power.Recently, it used to completely stop working every 4-5 months, I had to sleep in hotels many times to go through the night and go to work in the morning. and after they fix it, it takes few hours to reach 25 degrees, maybe 24 if I am lucky after its been on all night.-Everything is very old! the bad kind of old, like the wood in the kitchen is decaying below the layers of paint, the drainage pipes make sounds, the silicone is disintegrating everywhere, the false ceiling tiles break when touched, the light and power wall switches dont operate correctly.. etc.-Infestation of cockroaches, stray cats, pigeons, rats in the parking! Corridors are hotter than outside since they completely switched off the AC, extremely humid and smells like garbage. Because the garbage bags stay on the floor, since they closed the chute door completely!I have to say that the maintenance team is good and responds quickly most of the time, but clearly the main office direction of handling the issues is very disappointing. I had to leave.Stay away from this building and specially from Home Plus.

The place is very very dirty and the air conditioners in the all floors dose not work and you can smell the all traditional food from all the word this the bad thing and inside flat there is some insect and all smell food comes inside your flat. Damn damn damnnn
