Please do not consider moving into this building.The management is a huge disappointment.  They made a mistake and double booked my apartment.  I ended up moving twice in two months, to different apartments in the building.  They said they would assist with the move as it was their mistake, but of course they didnt.  All I got was attitude from their staff.Thats the worst thing about staying here, the staff. They are the rudest and most disrespectful staff I have encountered anywhere.  They make you feel like an inconvenience despite the fact that youre the one paying for a service.When you leave the building, they will find a way to deduct as much as possible from your deposit.Avoid at all costs! There are plenty of other options in Dubai.

Very bad management.. No regard to customer service and they keep deposit without any thorough breakdown or invoice of costs..Also deduct things that are not mentioned in the agreement.. I DO NOT recommend.

Just moved in a month ago and am loving the place, its a bit further from where i used to stay but its good value for money and it has everything on the ground floor, the internet can be a bit slow sometimes but aside from that no issues, they sent someone up to restart the router and all ok, cant fault the place.

Fridge broken and they accused us of doing it. Dont want to replace it and now asking us to pay for it. Washing machine also leaking they say cant be fixed. Cleaning staff and security is nice but the maintanance is horrible

Thieves!!! U need to be really careful when they do the inspection before u move in .. make sure everything is in perfect condition.. otherwise they will make u pay for things u haven’t notice that they were a little bit scratched or a bit damaged from the tenant before u. And I won’t be surprised if I knew that they even deducted the amount Of multiple tenants of the apartment. Be careful of them !!!

Below is the objective list of issues in this building:1)You cannot use gym in the summer because A/C never worked since I am here. It’s 28 degrees.2) You cannot use swimming pool in the winter/spring/autumn, because they do not heat water there. I was able use it just recently, because it’s 45 C outside and pool is heated by sun.3) You cannot watch simple movie or YouTube because internet speed is 69% (figures we got from technician).It sounds like not important facilities, but once it comes to routine life, you cannot use what you pay for.Of course I first went to building management hoping they were not aware of mentioned issues because nobody raised the complain. They sounded very hopeful and promised to fix everything in a week.However the most disappointing for me was yesterday, when I came to reception in the morning to follow up when they will fix my internet. The receptionist was not even looking at me and was always in his phone or book (I could not see after the counter). He rudely said “It’s not our duties” when I was discussing solutions.So, my conclusion is that nobody even suppose to fix the issues and gave false promises just to make me go.

The worst place to stay in.- Customer service are unprofessional at all, they are just a robots.- Cleaning is one day a week and 40 AED if you wanted to clean your room at time/date of your choice.- bid sheets and covers should be washed and cleaned by you, so imagine how the curtains look like.- bed, tables, and TV stands squeezing all the time. Theyve been abused for more than 10 years.- no mattress for the kids.- no heating AC.- floors smell like died rat.- TV with 5 channels only.- no wireless internet, you have to buy ur router.- helpers doesnt speak English and who does will not understand anything you said.- receptionist are rude and I guarantee that they never worked with ppl in their lives.- you always get the smell of the restaurants under the buildings. Where there are 4 of them.- telecommunications are not connected so you have to pray to get in touch with the room.And theyre not cheap, they are very expensive.

Dont move here... there are much better quality places for expats in Dubai. This place has mold in their building and there is construction going on at nights and early mornings. On top of this they cheated me on my security deposit for defects that were there when I moved in! Really poor customer service....

Great Place with nearly everything you need close by. The location is quiet even close to highway. The service within the house is good. For any repairs the teams are around always and help very fast.

Platinum One Tower is a serviced apartment that comes with all the amenities one could have expectations for, and all incorporated into one monthly rental price. The building itself is in a quiet area and easily accessible from various points in Dubai. The only down side is that the main traffic light is blocked off due to construction on some pipes in the ground, making Mall of the Emirates a bit more difficult to get to. I definitely recommend the building - a rooftop pool, a supermarket, ladies spa, coffee shop and laundry (15% off for tenants!).

The place is stinky, a very bad cooking smell will wake you up every morning from the restaurantAll the cooking steams and toxics will be in your roomUnfortunately we complained many times but there is no solutionNot recommended for living at all

Wouldn’t touch this place with a barge pole, shockingly managed and when checking out they tell you everything is okay and then call you the day later with charges. Absolutely pathetic.

Nice Hotel Appartement close To all new Dubai Areas. Arjan is still a new commercial area where you dont find much services around.

Going to be the number One hotel and will surely celebrate its Platinum jubilee...
