We are staying on the first floor of this marvellous building. Everything about this location and infrastructure is perfect. Amazing fountain views in the evening, the Burj Khalifa view from the living room or the water around it. Its an eye candy and we would miss it all when we have to move. However, the security guards might be a little too self-centred for their own good.

We stayed here in January 2020. Our apartment was in the first tower. Loved the place. It was big enough for the whole family (5 adults, 3 kids). The place had everything we needed: a beautiful view, a nice kitchen, a good location, etc. Reynan helped us with all of our little problems at any time of the day. I recommend this apartment to any family. 10/10!

Even the gates not working as a visitor I had to request my friends to come down and open the door 😑

Worst parking service ever very poor customer service and the employees are super unprofessional(Very rude ) never coming back again

We spent two nights in a suite consisting of 5 bedrooms including:* His room without a door and without a bathroom* Childrens bedroom with two bunk beds* A lounge, kitchen, and one balcony overlooking the largest dancing fountain in the world located in the vicinity of the Dubai Mall in front of Burj Khalifa* Cleaning service not available* The nearest supermarket Al Maya closes at 11 pm2 days / 2700 dirhams# Note, you cannot enter the parkings without obtaining a card for the parking lot, and you cannot easily move between the parts on foot without the room cardAll thanks to the reception staff

The apartment is suitable for families, the view is not cooler directly on the fountain, clean, there are all the requirements of kitchen utensils and ironing, and there is a security guard system, a swimming pool in the tower is excellent, we will visit the place next time

The best hotel and the most beautiful hotel are very excellent services but writing an EMAAR which at the top is a bit annoying
