Residential area that has the best view of the marina, visited a friend for dinner here.

We stayed in an apartment via AirBnB. The staff are fantastic, really polite and very helpful. The facilities are good, although we only used the gym and swimming pool. The gym could do with a little TLC, but good none the less.Or apartment was on the 21st floor overlooking the marina. Although you couldnt see much of the marina, the views were impressive (thats if you like heights 😋).The location is excellent, only a few minutes from shops, restaurants and the beach.

Decent building with great facilities. Gym, pool, sauna are excellent, and are never crowded!The building is well maintained, with friendly staff.Apartment size is average. Layout is nothing special.. Boilers are normally an issue, so its worth checking with owner, whether its well maintained.Well located, giving an opportunity of avoiding traffic, which is never too bad anyway.Theres Almaya supermarket within 2 min walking distance. Direct access to the marina. 10 min to the JBR. 10 min walk to Marina Mall and Pier 7.

My Issue with DAMACI have purchased a unit in DAMAC height project (Fendi Design) in April 2017 from an Exhibition done by DAMAC in Oman.DAMAC sell me the apartment in Oman and they know that I am not a resident of UAE and therefore do not have any bank account in UAE and ever cannot create the current account according to UAE law without having a residence card.The company (DAMAC) did not highlight any specific requirements during my purchase and even during my payment of the required deposits before the handover time.Only during Handover which is also delayed toll April 2018 (as per reservation suppose to be on November 2017), DAMAC asked me to provide Bank checks from Local Bank.I have tried all the ways to get a bank current account in UAE to provide the requested checks but there was no way to do this as all banks refused to provide my Bank account even when requested to be a joint account with other Friend living in UAE and already have Bank account in UAE.Till date I did not get any other solution and DAMAC still insisting on their requirements and refused any other Proposals for providing them any other Grantee or checks from my bank in Oman.I need somebody to help me to find a solution for this issue.It is not fair that the company cheats me and sells the unit to me in Oman knowing that I cannot provide the handover checks in order just to sell and take my money then force me in either provide such requirements or pay the entire remaining amount in cash.Regards
