One of the oldest buildings in karama. Its oldest still its uniques with having a center huge yard. Its not well maintained. There is no separate parking for this building. All the karamas famous resturant and central post office is easly accessible with a walkable distance. Nearest metro staion is. burjuman and ADCB

Calm and quite. But it’s one of the oldest buildings. Most of the apartments are not very clean. There is a bus stop nearby! So if you have a car or if you are commuting by bus this should be a good place. But in case you need to catch Metro you’ll need to walk foe at least 10 to 15 minutes. It’s close to ADCB Metro and Oud Metha metro, former being closer. It doesn’t have a parking area of it’s own. We have to pay for RTA parking.

It was one of the best buildings in 1983. We stayed there. Wao my childhood

Gym not available in building . Old building but connectivity is good

Huge building with big rooms. And well maintained for a old building.

Maintanance, cleanliness are good considering age of the building.
